I know but at this point, I’m tired of people constantly going “hey this IF is like Wayhaven” on here and on writers’ Tumblrs. It’s probably one of the most hated sentences that an IF writer would hear coming from this forum so we probably should move on from it.

@jsc I got a small suggestion for the author. In the beverage selection at the beginning that determines what your MC’s preferred drink is throughout the game, can you add juices to the selection? Like orange juice, strawberry, grape, etc.

It just weird to me to see people “push” their opinion to authors. I mean you can do that with consideration because it’s hard to write and if you think you can do better then do it yourself, make an IF.

I have to say, I love the picture you chose to use for the 1911’s as I named my guns “Ebony” & “Ivory” in reference to Dante’s guns from DmC, and them being 1911’s which aesthetically is by far my favorite handgun is just chef’s kiss

How did my comment come across as a jerk? I have been on point with my feedback and experience, and didn’t insult the author nor did I make gratuitous criticism. That comment was even a reply to someone disagreeing with my previous post hence the “To each their own” at the start of that post to acknowledge that this was my experience and not everyone may see it that way.

Does anyone go for the whole shadow wolf playthrough? I named my guns Skoll & Hati, focused on shadow powers more than my gravity powers, picked the shadow wolf mask and picked the codename “Fenrir” for the whole wolf of vengeance since this whole game is based on revenge mostly (of course, if you decide you don’t want to focus on revenge). Also, @jsc, are we gonna get more opportunity to torture someone later but this time we can use our own powers if we want to? I really liked the torture scene though I only am merciless to people that deserve it, never the innocent unless it’s a last resort option or they’re helping someone just as evil like that police commissioner.

I did! Love to click Fenrir in any game whenever there’s an option. The fact we have a shadow hound, a wolf mask, and the Fenrir name makes me incredibly giddy.

Dude there’s no point, anybody who is critical of anything gets flagged and eventually banned, this happens a lot here. Don’t engage with haters and just give a short review.
If you really want to offer personal feedback to avoid the fanboys DM the author directly or go on their discord. This is why I never give negative reviews or feedback personally on the public thread, let the fans simp. As for your Wayhaven comment I gotta disagree its fairly different genre wise and the feeling is kinda different.
Me personally I think Vendetta is good, but kinda boring storywise. Also its another story where the MC is OP as hell, I thought in Fallen Hero I was OP but you could get some injuries I guess, here? nah you’re a rich mafia guy and you beat everyone lol, too easy.
Also so many characters and not enough story, pacing is too slow imo

I like how we have a choice to kill opponents. Most mc said to be unlawful in “choice your story game” don’t really have a choice to kill. Ironic isn’t. So its good to have these micro choices between a choice a hero or thug would make.

They would, they go to Discord. I’m actually in a few authors Discords to give them feedback after my reviews get flagged consistently by fanboys/fangirls, heck the authors tell me to go to their discord if I get banned or flagged lol, they actually want feedback most of them, some eh not so much.
Here you can get flagged by simply comparing different stories or saying stuff like “this was lame” or “this was stupid” and after a few flags you get banned.
I like Vendetta though personally even if its kinda boring so far.
There’s a reason why you rarely see negative reviews in the forums, I pity anyone who gave a negative review on TWC or FH as their account must be perma banned. I once gave a negative review on a game on Reddit and I got banned immediately I then deleted my account, made a new one and went back on Reddit but stopped reviewing games there as well.
Every negative review I gave has been flagged if the story is popular enough.
Also in Vendetta I like the fact that the story has brutality but after that it stops and you go for lunch and cupcakes or something, talk about pacing inconsistency lol

The thing is you ain’t paying anything. If the author didn’t ask for feedback then its best to just avoid doing it. Its free appriaciate it.
