I was sad to see A Player’s Heart on here, since it’s the first HC game I really loved. The theatre setting is richly rendered and utterly delightful; the little corner of my soul that will always be bitter my mother didn’t let me get into drama in high school revels in the details of this world, from rehearsals to last-minute script changes to fencing lessons. The romance is sweet, with just a hint of spice; it’s f/f, which is maybe a deterrent to some, but there’s a lot about this story to love even if the specifics of the romance aren’t to your usual taste.

Never Date Werewolves is by Rebecca Zahabi, which should really be all you need to know - but just in case it isn’t, let me promise you: this story is a treat. If nothing else, it’s worth playing just to enjoy the antics of the wolf pups.

Forbidden Magic appeared out of nowhere for me, I hadn’t seen it promoted before the email announcing its release. Anyway, it was a pleasant surprise, I enjoyed it very much. An urban-fantasy is always appreciated

I feel Haunted Hearts Hotel is a bit of a hidden gem, it’s put together very nicely and is a great entry in the “I’ve inherited somewhere fancy, now what?” romance subgenre. The romances I’ve played were really fun!

Scandal Notes was incredibly entertaining to read! I had fun with the plot and it even had a nice twist at the end. The RO’s were interesting and nicely done too. Since it’s free, everyone really should give it a try!

Only picking 2…. A Player’s Heart is my top choice easy but a second choice…. Goodness I’d be happy with Never Date Werewolves or Haunted Hearts Hotel

There was a point where I played These Thieving Nights for like, 3 months straight. I love that game and I love Cesar.

Another vote for A Player’s Heart and Never Date Werewolves! Those were the first Heart’s Choice I played and I still think about them every so often. Very fun!
