If anyone else is having a problem with Chapter 5 not loading I have finally got it to load after picking the choices "Find the dragons with Zero"and “Check on Zero” hope this helps.

Talking about Zero’s scene as much as I loved the whole thing 
it’s awkward as hell because the dude just lost a sister in a really horrible way, two of his other siblings are very hurt and the dude’s emotionally fuck up right now.
Plus you can tell him to go kill a lot of people which btw I love that bit because you can pick for it to show the MC your actions have consequences now in a slap you in the face kind of way and I feel fit with the blunt way the story so far has taught/shown things to the MC.

Been a while since I’ve played, but its wonderful to see more content! I have gotten into the habit of making saves on DashingDon since, well, when you try to advance to content that doesn’t exist, everything breaks…
And while I do love this story thus far, having to start from scratch each time is not always the best!
That aside, I suppose I can see now why Zero is gender-locked into male. I’m curious on a little thing, as I tend to imagine the topmost option is the ‘default’, when you thought up this story was it about a prince and his three man knight harem?
Uh, I mean three man knight group. Squad. Yes. Ahem. Just curious is all!

Found a weird bug with misgendering my female Cyan, but only once in a paragraph:
Yeah this is my first time making this so I don’t know what I should and shouldn’t put in the beginning ;-; probably should make excessive variables instead of none at all. Also yes actually I initially wrote this as a very long BL LOL but then I was like hey this universe is expansive enough to make a CYOA so here we are!
Anyway, when I test I usually do M!MC/2F to check pronouns then I play on my own using my MC and my bois

Everyone has to start somewhere, right? Speaking from the point of view of someone who has never written a CYOA like the ones on this site (although, I have written more simple CYOAs…), more variables do sound like more fun, and more character customization! But, on the other hand, sound like a nightmare to troubleshoot. There’s also the fact if many of those variables will get brought up, I suppose. Customization is always fun, to me, though this is also a text-based medium so…
Now that my mind is on the thought of character stuff, I recall we pick our protagonist’s hair color and length… eye color and skin color, and horn style… I don’t recall if their height is ever really brought up, or their build. I stress, this is just my idle ramblings of being up early because the dog keeps waking me up! Though I suppose, during that Zero scene only certain parts of the protagonist’s build might really matter…
And that’s fair and reasonable! A rather interesting way to go about it. I’ve had a setting of my own that I’ve worked on, off and on (mostly off, honestly) throughout my life since middle school, but I’m still really stuck into only being able to think up female protagonist stuff. I have dabbled in male, although the focus and content of those tend to be more… adult… let’s go with that. Being able to start with something you did as a pure BL, and then decide to expand beyond that is impressive to me! I can’t think up designs of male characters to save my life, I swear.
Which now makes me remember, my initial mental image of Zero looking like a red colored Gabiru from Reincarnated as a Slime is… not the most flattering. But it was, for whatever reason, the first mental image that formed in my head…

Yeah I think I mostly didn’t want to overwhelm myself… but then again I wanted a sense of continuity like for instance (Cy’s background story spoiler) whether you let them kill eria or not, i kinda wanna bring up again in the future chapter so I ended up adding variables to that… and a lot more.
In the end, every major thing I decided to add a variable to. But again, there might be minor stuff I want to make the game remember that I did not think about when I wrote it. I think breaking the game is inevitable… Anyway, rambling!
I’ve been asked about more customisation but I don’t know how relevant it will be… and adding more variation to sex scenes seem like a recipe for disaster!!

Makes sense! I’m not sure how all the coding part of this stuff works, but it doesn’t sound like a bad idea to note variables for potential future ideas. And I suppose breaking the game is inevitable in the course of making it, just hope nothing too big breaks!
Hahaha, yeah that is very fair and understandable! On a personal level of customization for female protagonists, I do wish more stories would consider letting their bust size come up in some fashion or another. Though, we can probably never rival female Dai…

Do the angel powers you pick in the beginning determines your overall role in most combat situations? Like if you pick Restoration = Healer, Enchantment = Buffer, Divination = Support?, Song = Buffer/Support? Is our MC gonna be stuck on the sidelines most of the time or is that determined by which of these angel powers we pick?
