The good thing is, in the next book we will get the chance to know how old N is! That will give us more clues as to where they are from and try to puzzle out (is that how you say it when you mean “untangle” “discover” etcetc?) their past!

Now that N is fluent in Latin I head canon them as a priest performing exorcisms or witch-hunting before being turned. Might make sense why they are so nice and understanding now they were on both sides of the battle now
But not the last period of the Pharaohs. Remember that for quite a while, the last Pharaohs of Egypt were not Egyptian, and instead they were Macedonian. In fact, the Library of Alexandria was founded by Ptolemy I Soter, and he wasn’t Egyptian but Macedonian.
So, sticking to my theory about N living during that period… it would still match, as (ancient) hieroglyphics were not used any longer and instead most people was using Greek or a more modern version of hieroglyphics…
Omg I just realised that N could be part of the Ptolemaic Dinasty, maybe the bastard son/daughter of one of the Macedonian Pharaohs with an Egyptian concubine and this would grant them the access to all that knowledge regardless of being a girl or a boy, I’m not screaming because my dreams will get crushed when Sera reveals the truth and it has nothing to do with this

It was N who said that F was at least 60 or 80(or a another number, can’t remember) years older than Rebecca. I don’t know how old(in vampire years)that makes F but they probably are younger than N,A and M.(did someone already post this?)
