I can not wait. It will come out when I’m at work. But it doesn’t matter I’ll secretly read every now and then at work. Sorry Boss
Are saves implimented in book 2 yet? It’d be nice to prep before it comes out.
They are! I just don’t think you can import them to the Book Three demo (which is currently only up on CoG’s site, I believe) until the release date.
Like Lambkin says, the save system for B2 is implemented. Note however, that a game series doesn’t differentiate between save folders, meaning that when the time comes to load a save for B3, it’ll show you a list of both B1 and B2 saves (in fact, if you make a B2 save, that B2 save shows up on the list when you pick to load a game FOR B2).
For this reason, I heartily recommend that when you make a save you name it in such a way as to be able to tell what book it’s from.
I need them to add the ability to delete save files. I have too many, and it’s bound to get confusing at some point
Ugh I agree. I have to randomly load saves looking for the right one.
I’d rather they all be deleted at this point and start from scratch.
I asked about this quite a while ago, and was told it wasn’t technically feasible, unfortunately.
That question was my reminder to go back to book 2 and make some saves for book 3. Thanks!
I already had trouble keeping my facial expressions in check reading the demo on the train yesterday. Replaying book 2 four times is going to be a nightmare for my self discipline.
Anyone else get really giggly or smiley when reading cute stuff?

If I’m honest, I don’t have any idea what this might be related to…
I personally don’t think It will be out tomorrow because choice of games haven’t done anything to say it is coming out anytime soon
N because classy(?)
I’ve seen them state this before, and it still makes no logical sense to me. How do you not have a system implemented to delete saves? Each save should be composed into a file that can be deleted as a whole. The choice of games sometimes seems behind modern technology. I’m not trying to sound rude to the creators of the apps and the system they have, but it’s very strange.
Yes, and I despise it!
I agree it seems odd they don’t have a way to delete saves hell I think I’ve been on stuff older and more janky thank choice games that let you delete saves, feels more like an excuse to be lazy to me.
Choice of Games only does advance to be release annoucement thread with CoG titles. They don’t do ones for Hosted Games (See Fallen Hero and the Lord of Infinity as examples)
this along with ability to save/load during the gameplay. Sometimes i panicked when I accidently pick wrong/unintentionally rude response choice
I’ll be getting WHC Book 3 on Steam this time because some made a save/load manager for CoG/HG.
Edit: You can still restore purchases for omnibus if you prefer WHC on mobile though!
Yeah, I have no freaking clue what that could be. And I can’t bring myself to get excited over something so vague. It’s a chandelier. Whoop-de-freaking-do.
Stuff like that is only fun if there’s enough to give me something to speculate about.
There is something similar for the browser version, and it can show you the code and let you know when stats change. Even better, there’s a back button. I still buy on steam and just restore my purchases through the browser, though.
If there is a chandelier in a story, it must be used somehow before the end. I suspect that it will be swung from, dropped on the book villain, or dropped as a distraction. Or there’s a romantic ballroom dancing scene with this chandelier and its many siblings hanging from the ceiling.
oh nice. it good to know.
is it possible with mobile?
I’ll probably tryout the browser one once I went through each route once. xD But this is quite handy for other stat heavy games. Thanks!
