Grandpa can do no bad, cmon

Summary

storytime

That’s next level concept, I’ll give you that. I didn’t mean a simulation, just that events had already happened. Again, a little change in how to view it overall.

I was thinking a person who recorded it from the WH world, not irl. No offence, Sera

Then again, you make me begin to question even that irl part…

Guys…

What if THIS is the Echo World and Sera got pulled into the other world, saw all that sweet vampire romance happenin’ and was like “dang, I gotta write about this” and then somehow got back to our world and now is writting it.

What… what if we’re all Supernaturals and we wouldn’t know because there’s no “humans” for comparison…

So she met real life F and didn’t tell us?!? How dare she!

Just kidding we love you Sera!

You guys are really going down the rabbit hole with this stuff, aren’t you?

We haven’t even begun…

I haven’t even told you guys Alex’s theory about how most religious prophets were supernaturals.

It all makes sense. I suddenly realize I cannot read or write. This is just me hitting symbols at random, while I think about what pizza to order.

The world is no longer gonna be the same from now on :open_mouth:

Maybe the reason Supernaturals don’t know Echolian is because there’s a bunch of languages. What if they thought we all wrote and read Japanese and when you found yourself in a strange parallel universe they put a Japanese book in front of you like “Read This” but you can’t.

Or maybe time moves different so in our world this took place in Ye Olden Times when literacy was less common?

This was my thought as well. Literacy rates go up when relative peace is common. Maybe people were to busy fighting to think about reading and writing?

I wanna be a vampire, darn it. Don’t take this away from me @anon8836198

These Japanese folks from whom ‘they’ got the book would’ve told there are multiple languages, I think

Like if ‘they’ asked you now, you would’ve said ‘primarily english’, plus lots of other tongues.

“Grandpa, what did M mean when they told the detective to back it up like a dump truck?”

Mom: Baby, come in here and watch Daniel Tiger. Ignore Grandpa and anything M said, ever.

“It was supposed to be Pegi 12! Pegi 12, I’m telling you!” in grandpa’s defense.

Never you mind, Mewsly, I’m an engineer and when it comes to art and writing half of the times I have zero clue as to what I’m talking about

Hmm, so N is mixed race with an English name and Sera has said before that they’re a POC… I’m super curious about them. Maybe they’re from one of the colonies that were under Britain’s control? Anyone got any theories?

Personally, I headcanon them to be Southeast Asian, maybe Burmese. Burma, currently known as Myanmar, was a British colony and there were a few different Anglo-Burmese fought in the Victorian Era (which I will continue to believe N was born in until told otherwise).

M would instantly struggle and demand to be put down…and then threaten the Detective that if they ever tell anyone about it then it won’t end prettily for them…M is so charming, lol.

This sounds like my brother’s cat. (Now that I think about it, Skitts also hates everyone (except my brother, to whom he show occasional affects) and hides in dark corners.)

May I suggest instead that N may be of Anglo-Indian descent?

I suggest it mainly because of how large India is and for how long England controlled and thereafter influenced it, at least when compared to the stricter time frame you would have for British-controlled/influenced Burma.

Guys, we already know N’s race.

They’re half sweetheart and half suave… person.

Edit: Is there a nickname for a suave person like “sweetheart”??? The only thing google gave me was “Rico Suave” and that’s not gonna work for Nat!

I headcanon N as south-east Asian probably either of Indian or Nepalese descent.
Has it been mentioned what accent they have.

Umm, I kind of imagine them to be somewhere from Middle East. Maybe is for all the dead languages they know. In fact, once I said how I could imagine M being from Egypt (I don’t think he is, but it was a nice crazy theory ok), but what if N actually is?!

Like, they fucking love books, what if they are the child of an egyptian scribe and a greek parent, and had the honor to work in the Library of Alexandria?! What if they know so many bloody dead languages because they started learning them since a young age in there?! What if that is why they are the research member of the Unit?! Because they are used to navigate big ass libraries since they were kids!!

I’m sorry, but until Sera says the actual canon, this is the one I choose.

N of Alexandria ftw.
