This could work, but to even aware of 4th wall break MC need to be contacted by Alexis which peak power type, so in this case 4th wall break event will come later to other power type beside GM MC.

The plot of star ocean II is the galaxy is faced with threat of unimaginable proportion, a swarm of creature capable of erasing entire solar system and in turn galaxy as a whole, after standard JRPG adventure like collecting party member, goes adventuring to several planet, fighting the boss and the creature to defend the galaxy, the party learn that the creature is not just a monster, it was actually unleashed to this universe by the creator.
Now the entry point is somewhere in the fringe part of galaxy in a barren planet, in those planet the party find some sort of unknown relic and after twiddling with this relic because MC have the power to alter reality even accessing alternative dimension ( MC name is Fayt Leingod you guys get the gist of his power from his name ).
The artifact after some investigation is possibly connecting to higher dimension plane, so the party push onwards determined to find this creator that unleashing this abomination on the galaxy, after using it expected to be plunged into battle outright considering theyāre up against supreme God, the party actually teleported into strange mystical crowded walkway, this development surprise the party and when they look back itās actually their face on the signboard complete with the name of their game Star Ocean: Till the end of time.
Apparently after investigation theyāre actually character in a game, that game Star Ocean was VR game of some sort developed by this ultra advanced civilization, it was popular game however like any other game the player base once popular is dwindling and now the Developer is closing the game, it was at that time the party realize that vicious monster erasing their world is a program game developer use for deleting the server.
Now there is two kind of game developer here one that still favor deletion of the game world because company need the server for other game and another that actually sympathize with the party plea of not deleting their world this guy is the true creator of this game he is the programmer and the designer of the game world, since the party that support deletion is higher rank in the company they order the opposition to take some vacation and revoke their access card.
Now the programmer that support preservation propose the game world could be compressed and store elsewhere but this required the party to escort the programmer to the server room this is necessary because the server have all the data of NPC in the game, this data is unique and canāt be replicated, the programmer could then use this data of the game into his back up game world thus creating pristine world complete with the unique NPC aka inhabitants of those universe where the story MC originally came from.
The programmer have some sort of massive hard drive when creating the game and then planning use it to power private server since the programmer already rich from developing such popular game running closed dedicated private server is easy, the programmer argue as long this private server not being used for commercial use then itās fine by law, this what programmer willing to do to preserve their creation since this programmer is the one responsible for creating the game.

I love power fantasies. You canāt beat being all powerful. My all time favorite animes are all isekai OP MC types. I will say though the other powers are just as good just I prefer the power fantasy and extra attention that godmode MC offers.
Superhuman, Regen, and divine arsenal being some of my fav non gm power routes.

Same except I like Time Manipulation, Divine Arsenal, Enhanced Intellect and Telepathy and with GM I get them all rolled into one.

Iāve already mentioned this, but Iām not into power fantasies. I like powers, magic, etc, but as a conduit for a good story. The power itself isnāt what Iām looking for

I admit that I like being an almost omnipotent being but I prefer to become super powerful through my own effort than simply emerge as a God (thatās why I donāt vote for the god)

I donāt think anybody works for their power in this universe though. They awaken and thatās it. You are at whatever level you awoken at. Nobody worked at anything. They only work to understand them and even then itās not the power itself you work towards.
I see your point though. Iām just sick of playing the typical āweak at beginning then powerful at endā MCs most cogs use.

I wonder if there will be any stat checks on GM MC. On one hand seems like their power is still growing ( author on tumblr said that their power can still develop with Aiās help) but on the other hand it seems the real threats are just not Earth related individuals. Maybe the MC will find a challenge in one of the animals/plants that mutated or smth

Thatās one of the points of God mode though. Nobody is a challenge and MC knows that. Thatās the fun lol. Just being a pure being of power.

The only real challenge is the other Gods in the game, and even then, itās not really a big issue.

True, but GM MC can still die, if they choose dumb choices while fighting, there is no plot Armor anymore after big red

I honestly donāt think they can. I hope the author makes it more clear but right now god MC is almost immortal. Which is fine because God mode is purely for that fun/power fantasy.

Even with other power I am not sure if theyāre not as overpowered.
MC is by default is God tier DNA Seed, if any the God tier DNA should be separated like Demigod, Lesser God, Greater God, Supreme God, like in DnD.
I mean what above God? I canāt think of any term for the ??? dna, or purple guy which above ???

Really good Enhanced Intellect is physically the weakest out of of all the powers but the character interactions with the Mc are really well written, and the author has done a good job writing them as a smart character, for comparisons to other characters think Lelouch or Light Yagami.
And Telepathy Mc is one of the paths that currently gets a rundown of their powers later on with Olivia, the best comparison for that would be Professor X or pretty much any telepath from the x-men, while not physically the strongest they donāt really need to be.
