That reminds me, @NutellaQueen, when we’re choosing what to do about Freya sneaking off, our options are to ignore it, put a stop to it, or basically murder her lover. It would be nice to decide to actually talk to Freya about it first, especially given its her life we’re butting into.
It would also be pretty hypocritical of my mc whose got a ~thing~ with the resident hostage from a kingdom that was planning on betraying Rhivenia to start policing her siblings’ lovelives

It is my fate to steal my brother’s girl. I’ve done that in The Unwanted Warrior and am doing this again in this one. I simply cannot help it.

I’m enjoying the demo and the sibling dynamics - my MC stepped in as a peacekeeper sibling who got scared learning about what happened to King’s brothers and decided to keep the already dyfunctional bunch semi functional - I hope that won’t make him a king 
guess I’ll find out tomorrow! Looking forward to playing the whole game

I really like the game, the plot and the characters, I want to play the full game and certainly buying when release. But I think it’ll be great if my abilities increase while the time skip.

I’m so sorry to hear about The Unwanted Warrior. I hope itch.io responds, it sucks for them to leave a creator hanging like that. This story is great so far, you write fantasy really well. I’m sure everyone who loved UW will love this one!

A few things that caught my canon eye so to speak BUT there is the scene that the heirs are having dinner with the king and the whole family and then the next Chapter it says that the heirs haven’t met the king yet BUT yet the half-brother trained with the king and they saw him at dinner. If they hadn’t met him then how did they have dinner with him?

I really liked this, I noticed a few typos here and there, can’t wait to read more eventually. I wonder what what the the third possible ending is, I can guess which the second would be

I just finished the demo and I gotta say, wow you got me hooked. I started reading it out of mild curiosity and ended up reading all the way to the end. This was a really interesting idea and you did a great job with the world and character building. I’m excited to see what the future of the game holds. Out of curiosity, is it possible not to be chosen as the king/queen?

Those choices are just MC’s first thoughts. Of course, you will have an opportunity to talk to Freya and have a moment to consider everything. It’s a difficult decision and will play a significant role in the game. MC will have to choose between their reputation and family.
But only if they are a leader.
If they are not, Richard or Atheris will deal with this matter in their own ways. However, players will have a choice to go against the king/queen’s decision.
It’s been a month, and they still haven’t responded. I gave up on UW at this point.

Sorry, how do you land in a scene with high % of romance and will that affect the rest of the RO path? I thought I clicked every flirt option but I also didn’t want it to be creepy (because, after all prisoner right)

This is good. Quite curious with how the rest of the story will play out, as my MC had made many enemies throughout the way . Hoping to see an attempt to overthrow them. With war looming in the doorstep, that would be pretty intense.

That would make sense… if Matteo wasn’t wondering out loud if the King wasn’t poisoned with MC and Si Arnold 
though he could’ve tried to throw off suspicion
My money’s on either Isabelle or Alvana.
It wouldn’t be the first time for MC’s mother, but who knows if Isabelle isn’t resentful of her husband? She’d have a good reason to be.
It had to be someone with access to the King over 6 years either way, which rules out our siblings aside from Richard.
@NutellaQueen Btw, will there be another path towards becoming a ruler? For example, if our siblings get themselves killed because while they were the best suited according to the sword at that time, in practice it might be different - just like Charles was eventually hoisted off by his own petard and his suspicion towards his brother invited a whole army over (even if he was right he approached it like a brute).

Just dropping by to say that I immensely enjoy this. It really reminded me a lot of GoT and looking forward how my good MC will lead the kingdom that her father left behind. Going to pair her with the very pragmatic Lord Daemir since my MC tend to follow her heart but I think I will develop her to make the necessary sacrifices if need be.

I love this story I love the love interest and mc siblings. My first mc Lity Xavier was her first love I feel sorry for her and Xavier it like they have Forbidden Love. And his people hate her and her people hate him. How that’s supposed to get married now

Why would Isabelle be resentful of the king? I mean she is his favorite wife and her child is the king favorite like her. Alvana has more reasons to be resentful imo
By the way I might be blind but is mentioned anywhere in the text who was the first queen? Alvana said that they fallen in love when Charles was chosen. But what about Isabelle?
