I’ve been locked in, but the progress is still slow even when I have time. I’m not a powerhouse, I’m the opposite of a mitochondria 
The more variables, the longer it takes to test lol. I spent more time testing than writing, it’s crazy…
-I tidied up my writing so it shrunk again, but your overall playthrough is a lil’ longer (spring cleaning era fr). It’d be 59.9k but I always round down
- Killed more bugs/errors. They never end, just like my agony.
- Edited prior chapters–most notably added variations to the festival if you don’t get along w/ Caine or choose a certain choice
- Rebalanced the festival variables so you can do more things in 1 playthrough (idk lemme know if it’s too much or too little +if ur doing it with Calla or not)
- Attempted to make it less clicky by doing away with most of the ellipses page breaks (I kinda miss 'em)
- I added a cool, useless graphic in a stats page :D! (was gonna use it instead of the ellipses page breaks but eh, too extra)
Word count: ~213k (~59k per playthrough)
Priv demo relevant:
- Rewrote/added to the choice “You want to stay in the army?”
Word count: ~237k (~64k per playthrough)
The unique additions of the deleted scene: +~4.3k

The enthusiasm is infectious, it made me smile c: I’m glad you liked what you’ve read, the interest from you guys mean the world to me–keeps me writing even through all that doom scrolling and 1 sec attention span ahaha

Glad you had fun reading! I started this IF because I wanted to play a character not having a good time lol (though there’s a lot of those out there, I wanted a diff flavor)
