Yeah, a bit. Nothing really happened and book ended. Given it could also be my fault since i was completely avoiding interacting and being hostile with the stone at every possible chance.
Yeah, it really did feel like nothing happened and it suddenly ended. What felt like a book drumming up for a conflict that was going to happen later in the book ended up being the point of the book. It feels like I’ve bought a pamphlet of romantic interactions between characters than a book full of drama and conflict. You know, when the demo had updated with Straasa’s back story years ago I haven’t realised that it would happen in the middle of the book. This feels more like a demo of a book than a fully realised book.
I’m excited about the release. Unfortunately, on Steam the game won’t allow me to load my previous saves. It shuts down with the following message: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input.
And for book two on Steam the save option still doesn’t work. For that one I get the error message that I can’t upload to choiceofgames and should try later from the restore menu. What is the restore menu?
It would be great if you could look into this and sort it out. I would really like to play. Thank you!
Yessssss!!! I’ve been stuck in bed a lot this year, and having these games to read has really helped keep my spirits up. <3 Congrats @Morgan_V !!! Cannot wait to dig in!
We store user saves on Google; they had a major outage today.
I just fixed a bug where it would say “Uncaught SyntaxError” when Google failed. Now it will say, “Error downloading saves. Please try again later.” But that’s cold comfort, because it still means you can’t access your saves from Soul Stone War 1 and 2.
I’m finding that Google services are gradually coming back online, so hopefully everything will be working fine by the time you read this.
Totally agree! I finished the book like… that’s it? Genuinely thought the full book hadn’t been uploaded or something, I’ve never finished a route in less than 2 hours before
I’m sure this has been asked before, but what are the plots/stories that go with your Mc’s origins again? because I’m playing with a save I made years ago, and I can’t remember the full story that goes with Harvest’s Bounty even after reading the recap.
