Just got done reading the demo, and I’m definitely looking forward to more. Like not to call the first version bad or anything, I still liked it a lot, but I definitely think the rewrite is not only new, but certainly improved so far.
I’m gonna put together some feedback when I’m less tired, so for now I’ll just leave with a question. If I have some feedback about the old version, would you want that? Or should I stick to what’s in the new demo?

Thank you so much for reading the new demo! I’m releasing a small update for it later this week with some extra stuff before moving on to focus on chapter 3.
Feedback and constructive criticism would be lovely, and you’re very welcome to talk about the old version and/or compare the old and new. If you include feedback about the new demo could you please post it in the new thread I linked just above your post? I know it’s a bit confusing with 2 different threads but that one was made for the remake so it’d be nice to have feedback about that one in one place. If you only want to talk about the old version you can post it here though

Oh that’s entirely my bad, I somehow managed to completely miss the link (I assume a side effect of the aforementioned tiredness).
Should I just put the stuff about the old version there as well? Cause while technically it is about that version, it is effectively feedback for the new version, or at least that’s how I’m seeing it. Just kinda “hey since you’re doing a rewrite, here’s some stuff from the original that I didn’t quite vibe with.” I just want to ask cause like I could see that being a potential issue with spoilers for anyone who hasn’t read the original.
No worries at all! It’s easy to miss. And ohh, you’re right about the spoiler risk, though the remake is going to deviate enough from the original plotwise that I don’t think spoiling the original is an issue. Just in case you didn’t know, there’s a way to spoiler text as well by clicking the cog wheel above the message you’re writing But really, feel free to post your feedback wherever feels best for you. I’ll just be happy to read it!
