I just love everything about this demo and story. The parental and familial relationships, the eventual romances, the various personalities for the mc… I did notice one use of the word “your” when “you” was presumed intended, though I can’t recall exactly where that was. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this, and to play future chapters. Thanks so much for creating and sharing this.

I’m not going to be surprised once I hear the reveals of the Heir’s child and what names everyone comes up with.
Though Vulcan would likely probably suggest the name son Lurian or Lumin for his son. If he had a daughter, he’d either suggest Arietty or Sora.

@Fawkes has confirmed on tumblr that Terrisen is a himbo. I feel a bit weird saying this, since he’s our MC’s brother after all, but I think I’m in love with him. Hot, friendly guys who aren’t too bright are the quickest way to my heart. Damn, Jasiphae is so lucky.

Himbo is linguistically speaking, a male bimbo (him plus bimbo). Basically means a male character that is hot and probably athletic, who is very sweet, and, most importantly, very dumb. Not necessarily in an anti intellectual way, but the kind of guy who asks what kind of cat the pink panther is. Just generally oblivious in a very humorous and non threatening way. He’s gotta be all three, and terrisen fits it lol.
And look, as I have said before, this could ALL be solved by a Terrisen Jasiphae Senetha poly. Guys,terrisen has two hands!!

Wait, if he’s not that smart, does that mean it might take Terri a while to notice if his youngest brother is also interested in Jasiphae if the brother doesn’t immediately say it out loud to him?
Look, Vulcan is already dealing with enough with just the Kaeda and Jasiphae situations, I don’t need Terri accidentally adding another challenge with his third potential love interest. 
The vows sound like they’re going to be their own obstacle cross as it is.

If we’re judging it by the idea that the marriage happened because she was looking to have a genuine romantic connection, yeah, probably not a good move on Ysonia’s end. The two seemed originally content simply being friends, judging by the asks.
But I have my doubts that’s the reason the union happened in the first place. Whatever the reason was, Eraven either found out on his own (kinda doubt that notion) or Ysonia told her himself straight out in the privacy of their room. And it was something that severed their bond most likely beyond repair on that very night they shared a room, yet they still chose for some reason to sleep together in that same night (which does baffle me a little).
There’s clearly something else going on and I don’t feel like it’s a simple matter of making moves on a widow or having a desire to rise in power.
Heck, if Eraven had gotten hitched with another person, would his relationship have become so strained with Ysonia? If so, then the problem does go deeper than merely not taking pleasure in being married to someone you don’t love.

That argument could have taken place before the act (which would make the moment even more awkward for both of them). Probably makes the most sense too (Eraven could have likely chosen against sleeping with her if he knew whatever he learned that night).
I’ve just assumed it was before since I think it was described as a night that no one was happy on and (in my opinion) knowing the nasty truth about something and still having to sleep together sounds particularly unpleasant.
But the last thing I want more awareness on is Eraven’s sex life, so I’m willing to stay in the dark on whether the talk took place before or after the act.

Agree with everything. Though my mc would pretty mostly just avoid and ignore her, and step on her if she gets too anoying, thats how you deal with insects.

Her family probably forced them to marry. I mean there no real need for them to marry each other, Ysonia loved someone else and Eraven already has 3 male children. So i dont see why they would need to get engaged much less have a child, it would also give Ysonia one more reason to avoid her
family.
Maybe it happened during or after. It would still make sense if it they had their disagrement after the deed was done. Since there would be no way to undo it.

Yeah. That was what I was pointing out: that the idea the blow-up happened after the act does hold merit.
Like I said, I’ve just sort of assumed that it happened before the act because it sounds like the whole night was disastrously awful for both. And I can’t think of anything more awkwardly worse than still sleeping with someone after learning whatever it was that destroyed their relationship.
