For Bex, I can see them either proposing to the MC in a traditional Fae manner (this is your world, I’m sure you can get creative 
), or try doing it like a normal human, but in a garden or a park. Basically surrounded by nature.
As for the Heir, well I have to agree with @CreedH00d about it depending on the Heirs personality. For the Charming Heir… they might secretly fly in the MCs entire family, close childhood friends, and basically everyone that is close to the MC, take the MC to their favorite place (this would be kind of based off of the questionnaire the MC filled out when they were creating their dating account, back in chapter one), try to make it the best date in the world, wait for the perfect time to bring the MCs family and friends out of hiding, and then propose to the MC in front of everyone.

As for the proposals, i’m always after sincerity as oppose to grandeur. i don’t mind if it’s just us, in a quiet place with the simplest of bands.

For shy heir proposal, maybe she tries to do it in private, has a hard time getting the words out, but you can gently hold her hand or something and reassure her so she can get the words out.
For flirty/aggressive, maybe they set up some press event and pop the question right there on TV.
For Bex…perhaps some impassioned plea to the Fae Queen with you present?

I feel like the flirt would do a “go big or go home” proposal. Charming heir is too focused in making the MC welcome and relaxed so I think they would tackle this differently and based on MC’s interests and personality. The rude one is so full of themselves that I feel they wouldn’t ask, they’d casually talk about the wedding one day (like, “Why would I ask? Who in their right mind would deny me? Preposterous!”)
My MC wouldn’t care much about the proposal itself or even the wedding, she’s just happy to see her partner happy, so if her SO wants it it’s ok with her. But she also is a private person so something big/pompous/flashy and above all, public, would annoy her.

I’ve got the aloof heir for my main boy so…hmm… I’d guess that when we get to that point we’ve cracked their walls at least a little and a proposal from them would be fairly traditional, grandiose and nonchalant for sure, but still the whole down on one knee business
my poor idiot would be in complete disbelief. like “i know the intent behind this dating show was finding you a spouse but are you serious? are you absolutely sure you want to be saddled with me for the rest of your life? but also please don’t say psyke, i love you”

The particular MC I have is a manipulative so and so that charms the pants off everyone but could really care less about anyone. If they receive a proposal from anyone who is not the heir, they will probably turn it down. I can imagine them receiving a really sweet and traditional style proposal from possibly Beck who they might’ve manipulated to seed chaos among the fae, and then turning them down in a really vicious manner. You aren’t useful to me anymore. Anyone else will really depend on how much the MC needs them in the future. Odi/Odanna? Never liked em anyway, dirty powergrabber riding on my coat-tails.

As far as the game goes, there’s certain points where they’re going to show up no matter what, like once in the next update and when all the contestants arrive. After that, it will depend upon your media score, since if it’s not super high, they’re going to focus more on other contestants instead of you.
However, if it is higher, they’ll try and capture you more often. But you do have the opportunity to tell them to back off and depending upon your stats, they’ll respect you and do so, or ignore you and keep hounding you. Relationships with various people can also help out as well!
During the proposal scenes, it really just depends, but in most routes they are unlikely to show up until afterwards, if they do at all.
your MC sounds wild! I like 'em. I didn’t even think about a person just marrying for chaos…gives me some ideas

gold rimmed glasses, that hip swing when you greet someone (elvis), smooth voice, sparkling smile, swagger when you walk, diffrent color hair every day, short sleeves & opra gloves everywhere you go, and finally be polite and swave all the time even when angry if you get angry smile only show it in your eyes and be extremely polite.
you can insult someone who matters just by being extra polite (well beyond what is necessary protocol)while smiling all the while it can even make the person your being extra polite to look extremely bad if they snubbed you.

its so much much juicier as gossip among the important people where it will trickle down to the press making you legend among the nobles and a living breathing myth among the press who will wait with baited breadth at your every move in hopes to see even a ounce of your mystical powers of civility.
15 minutes of fame is nothing compared to stories of a legend.

Or you could always be dramatic and over the top. That could just be your personality so you ain’t gonna even need to do much work. Flair and Style are essential to that. But I think what I’m saying might be overrated?

If i’m going to show a face to the media, i would prefer if it’s not my face. (Maybe that’s why it was so easy to be myself and yet not myself in Drag Star…) And since you mentioned that Drag Star is one of your inspiration, i’m actually hoping to have a bestie in the competition and a rival (who is not necessarily a villain).
