Will there be any romance or it’s mainly focus on politics?

Great question, I plan to include 5 ROs in the future, as the portion you’ve just played is merely the prologue of the MC’s childhood. The main journey will begin after a time skip of 7 years. However, I’m considering making it more customizable by allowing you to choose the age at which the time skip occurs. I am also considering making the game non-gender-locked. If I go with this option, there will be a total of 10 romanceable characters, with 5 tailored for each gender.

10? :o Are you sure this is a good idea? I’ve played a few games with many ROs and the romance was always of lower quality and the characters were less developed than in games with 2-5 ROs.
It will be… a lot of work, but that’s your choice, ofc, if you think you can do it…

I want to ask- what are the positions or work the ROs have if their names aren’t to be revealed yet..

You don’t have to answer immediately of course, or even tell us what you’re planning exactly for each of them!

I just rather like forming ships between MC and ROs depending on their statuses and work or personality differences ^u^

is this your first time writing if

That’s why I’m considering If I will make it non-gender locked. Managing five ROs with unique personalities is already challenging, but I’m determined to make it work because I like pushing boundaries and creating something unique. Though I’m planning to introduce some characters in Book 2 to lighten the workload and give myself more room to develop the existing ones fully.

As for the incoming ROs, I can spoil a little about one of them—Laenaria. She has silver hair, slightly curly, that flows gracefully down to her waist. There’s so much more to her, but I’ll leave the rest for you to discover😉

Yep, that Is why I have so much more to learn

that’s cool I always think it’s great when there more authors writing new if but like another post mentioned 10 ros is a lot of work for a new author. New authors already struggle a bit since they’re new to it but if you want to do that then I wish you good luck

It’s a canon that MC has a bad relationship with his father? That’s the impression I got from the reaction options. The guy seems like big pompous jerk, I guess he’s not a very popular ruler…

Btw. royal titles should be capitalized. Also “The Emperor”, “The Queen”, “The Prince” if in the context, you mean a specific person.

It looks interesting, and saw some comments about how this is your first time writing if.

Grammar issues abound, but that’s understandable since it’s still so early in the draft. When it was asking me for my eye color I didn’t realize from the prompt that the game was asking me what to pick as my eye color.

A lot of the selectable chat options feel a bit basic, some of the best cog games I’ve played, IMO, try to kind of show or evoke a bit more emotion in their dialogue choice options, and have a range of those emotional options to choose from as well.

I liked the setting and the lore though, and while it feels a bit rough right now I’m curious to see how everything gets developed!
