I’ll just link my old thread on interaction between if/if - if/elseif/else

*if - *if versus *if - *else/*elseif

That was basically what I thinking But I believe, as a righteous king should be, that both if/if and if/else/elseif has their own pros-cons and should be treated “equally” But I’m yet to find the reason why I should use if/else/elseif and can’t replace it with if/if
