Is there anyway to fix this without restarting the game? I have already tried opening and closing application, and starting my phone, but it has not worked. Suggestions?

i think reporting it to customer support at choiceofgames will help? i did have the same problem on another choice of games app unfortunately i had to restart but didn’t experience the same setback twice.
