Thank you!
We hope the update won’t disappoint.
Raw determination will get you everywhere ![]()
This is a super intriguing premise! Sharing a body and ostensibly pretending to be twins is really curious, will give this a try ![]()
+1 Except that mr/miss oh I am so educated and well-mannered would never use the word “bitch” xD
I always found “watcha eatin”? choices near useless, but they have their purpose, after all, if it can lead to this:
(Oh FFS, shut up, Paul/a. If we can heal up from broken bones, we can metabolize a truckload of junk food.)
Loved the update. The part where we got to drive a fun vehicle with fun adventures on the road and meet fun people with fun German Shepherds was like something out of early Guy Ritchie’s.
Which is how I will be imagining our thug and their thug family from now on. I love this sort of protagonist, by the way – with fixed background of being, well, far from nice person, but not a cackling maniac who can’t go through a day without burning a kitten orphanage for shits and giggles. Just…pragmatically tough, because life is what it is.
Thought P/Ru was coded to have same music taste as MC, but blurb says they’re a metalhead regardless. Great, we gonna be bonding then! ![]()
Paul/a’s POV was nice to read, but I brand them unreliable narrator, because nice or not, they did look for exorcist.
I noticed that Sieun’s interest is percentage value while Mark’s and P/Ru’s numeric. Bug?
Update was phenomenal! Absolutely love this one and cannot wait for more!
Thank you! We hoped it would turn out fun ![]()
Awesome ![]()
Yeah, it’s kind of a bug we’re aware of because we haven’t yet decided which way to go. But we’ll definitely figure it out for the next updates. ![]()

Enjoying it so far, just a couple of initial thoughts if it’s ok.
My male character feels like they’re supposed to be female. For instance:
When you’re talking to the “psychic” on the phone my male character to her female (not sure if she’s always female) says “dude…” which feels more like something aimed towards a male character. And when it talks about the option of hooking up it says something like “I’m not a slut…” which feels odd for my male character.
The only other thing is I feel it’s sometimes tricky to be aware of who’s speaking, like it skips forward just a little too quick maybe?
Enjoying it though ![]()
I think they used “slut” just cuz there’s not really a term for men with the same connotation (manslut? manwhore? it’s just the words used for women with “men” on the front). From what I read, there’s a lot of male-specific flavor in the text
I think the male equivalent would be “player”, the male version having significantly less stigma attached even though it’s the same act or action!
“Slut” and “whore” been going gender-free for a while already, I noticed. Good for them. ![]()
Well fair enough. New to me though I’ve never heard a male referred to by either of those.
Either way I was just trying to help ![]()
This IF is seriously so much fun than I had thought. Cheer and good luck. Am really looking forward to what happens next.
Yes, we kind of felt no other word would hit the same in that specific context of the MC’s humorous self-awareness.
The feedback is absolutely welcome. We tend to use those words as rather gender neutral, but we totally get that it’s not the case for everyone and will tweak them in the planned bug fix.
We will try to improve that.
