Certainly. For the most part, the release build is just a cleaner version of the open beta. There are only a few genuine differences, and none that significantly impact the overall story.

I remember reading the story back when this was a WIP. Plating the demo now just reminded how much I loved this game, and based on what I remember, this is one of the few games where I genuinely love to play my MC. A huge congratulations to the author for coming this far with this incredible IF.

That makes one of us. I expected this day to come a little sooner, though in retrospect, it was pretty foolish of me. No dev schedule survives contact with bugs, and no WIP is ever safe from wordcount inflation.

I feel horribly, horribly scammed. I was promised a 646,000 word game, I got a 720,000 word one instead, false advertising, dammit, Iām getting it refunded

Thatās the difference between counting and not counting code. I usually give the lower number for modestyās sake, but CoG tends to include code lines in their estimates.
