So. I am a bit confused. What, governs the hole, order in which you see WIPs? Most recent posts? When you alter the title? Also. How does 1 change the catagories that your book is in, such as if you want it to be a romance, or something. I’m confused.
WIPs show up in the order as when someone comments on them, a new WIP is released, or (I think this is also the case) when a WIP’s title is changed. When specifying a genre, you can choose from tags. There, you get a variety to choose from to give enough information about your work and help others find works similar.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
I keep updating mine, but it was still a fair bit down, so I wasn’t sure what I was doing wrong. Usually changing the title to reflect the update,
I’m not actually sure that changing the title or category “bumps” a WIP up to the top of the page. I think it’s new activity in the thread itself, generally new comments being added, etc. That being said, I wouldn’t worry too much on making sure your thread is most visible on the page. Just put a comment in the thread itself whenever you update your thread, or perhaps pose questions to encourage feedback, but worrying too much about it doesn’t tend to be that helpful!
Was only worried cause trying to figure out why most of the comment seem to be my update posts.
Releaced it, with a bunch of stuff like line_breaks, which I fixed. Guess I figured that if it was higher on theh list, people who were looking through the WIP would look at it, go: "Hay, this sounds interesting.
Though, yoour explenation sort of makes more sence. So. Thanks! Smiley.
