I want to try and write a game but I can’t even download ChoiceScript. I’m using a MacBook Air. I’ve downloaded Firefox. Downloaded the ChoiceScript source from GitHub. Double clicked the zip file to extract it. I then dragged the resulting folder into Firefox and it ended up looking like a list of folders and such. What am I doing wrong?!

Don’t drag the folder.

Click the folder you’ve extracted from the zip file.

Ignore other files and click the web folder.

Then Click mygame Folder.

If you want to see the game as a game. Open the index file with firefox.

To start coding Open the scenes folder and use a notepad to start coding.

The Beginners Guide to ChoiceScript

So, any long time member may know that I made a ChoiceScript Guide. Well after so long and so many iterations, I’m closing in on completing it. My intentions with this guide is to create something that, no matter your level of skill or computer knowledge, it can teach you the basics of ChoiceScript.
