Still try not to spoil anything here because it’s not really supposed to be seen anyway… How many words did you write that we’re not seeing in this update lol, and how far are you thinking into this?! You’re so meticulously organized… I did adjust a few variables so I can play some small scenes that are not currently available. It was a fun read XD. Your comments are fun as well haha. Might be a case of the game updating while they were playing, sending them back to the beginning of the chapter, so they ended up getting a particular stat raise twice?

Does anyone know what causes only the last option to be available?
This time you don’t bother with the windows, instead pulling open the pub’s heavy wooden door. A bell tinkles at the motion, meant to be merry but merely sounding lost and desolate in the eerie stillness of the night. The floor to ceiling glass of the storefront lets in more than enough moonlight for you to glance around.
The tables are full of half-eaten food — hamburgers, pizza, spicy wings, nachos, fries, and all sorts of greasy finger foods one would expect to find at a respectable middle-class bar. Mugs of beer, tumblers of scotch & whiskey, and glasses of wine are dotted around the counters and tabletops. There’s a half-empty bottle of wine sitting on a bench right by the door.
Someone has spilled a puddle of beer on the floor. A mop lies a few feet away. It seems whoever had intended to clean it up didn’t quite make it before the blackout.
There’s no one inside.
Of course there isn’t. There’s no one on the streets. No one in the cars. No one in the pharmacy. Why would someone be here, after all?
- I look behind the counters. It’s the most obvious place to check.
- I check underneath the tables. Perhaps someone is hiding there.
- I barge into the back room in search of any lurking staff.
- I peer behind the door marked with the Universal Restroom sign.
- I check behind the nearby pool table. It’s currently blocking my line of sight.
- I yell into the shadowed depths of the pub, hoping that someone will hear me.
- I hyperventilate. It won’t help, but it’ll sure make me feel better.

Notes(Major Spoilers, for the public demo)
These are some of the notes I have made while replaying the game.
Before we begin, I will be playing an amnesia/changeling MC so the other MC’s sub plots will not be mentioned.
I am not an arthurian lore expert, all my arthurian lore is either from Fate or this game.
Prologue
When King Arthur says “Beware the broken lamb with the heart of a wolf”, He is likely referring to the saboteur, they seem to be broken(like they may have been harmed by one of the things that happened in Camelot and now side with the demons)
Chapter 1
Leaving the apartment:-
The titlecard for chapter 1 is likely being told to King Arthur.(That his departure marks the end of the beginning and his arrival marks the beginning of the end, probably at the end of the book, the veil will be lifted)
The creaking at the start could be a sign of the demonic gate being in use(for purpose of spying by the demons)(Mention of a shadow slithering)
Bloody text appears multiple times, and I have a theory that it most likely is a stand in for demonic magic, as for the prologue, the bloody text could refer to the exposure of the demonic mark on your arm. (And it seems that the MC may have started seeing the shadows only after this dream, because of the exposure of the mark?,Proved correct by adrian talk in the polo field)
I’m sure I don’t need to point this out, but Y-pestis, to my knowledge caused the bubonic and black respectively, so 100% a connection to Pestilence(literally in the name).
Side note:- MC is canonically 25 years old.(AmnesiaMC! may be one or two years younger)
Caleb Degaré
It is quite obvious the demons have found him, but the question remains whether he escaped or not, I believe he was a harbinger of the apocalypse.
Asher(Goldberg’s missing son)
Missing in Cape Town? Definitely a harbinger or the traitor, and definitely took part in the previous circle(most likely dead if not the traitor)
Now you get a bloody text when you pick your vice, does that mean that your vice exists because of a demonic presence? This is the first hurdle for the theory, but I think it’s because of the vice being a Sin, part of the seven deadly sins, four of them being the ones you can choose.(Who knows I could be severely wrong about the bloody text)
Corrupted text
Now this one is a little harder to categorize but I am leaning towards presence of a demonic spirit or whatever they are called. Like being in presence of the mauler or the hellhound is the reason for corrupted text while bloody text is demonic magic(or demonic essence, not necessarily the effect of a demonic spell all the time but demonic essence as the Seven Deadly Sins committed by humans, a sinful person may attract more demonic essence and vice versa) which doesn’t require presence of a spirit. This is probably the biggest stretch in my notes and has the weakest foundation.
In the prologue the ‘wake up’ text appears many time maybe because the demons know that Arthur is trying to reveal the mark. And the look at me text in corrupted form definitely seems like a demonic presence in your mind or room.
Polo Club meeting
Adrian has definitely regained at least some of his Camelot memories, he seems to know a lot about Camelot.
We see a mention of a beast, probably the demon attempting to control you later on.
Being cautious at the trailer and looking out the window avoids mind control, and there is a ton of bloody text and corrupted text in this scene.
After club
“Be careful what you let in, Augustus. In all ways. Body, mind… and heart, as well,” Foreboding, putting it here so I remember it.
The hellhound chase and after
The previous group of harbingers were apparently young.
Hell has its own environment completely different from the Mortal Realm. Beelzebub is the leader of a faction rivaled to Satan.Satan is the de-facto leader of Hell.Lucifer, the Morningstar is a completely different entity than Satan and hasn’t been seen in eons.
Adrian’s Interlude
Adrian has atleast regained a fraction of his memories. The way he talks makes it seems like his current personality is nothing but a mask.(I briefly glanced at the internet research code in the free time hub and I may have seen something relating Adrian, Although I will not say what it was neither try and get another look until my MC gets to that point)
Chapter 2
Dream
I have almost no input here as I am not an Arthurian expert.
I do believe someone has created a spreadsheet for the available reincarnations, and the ones that can be ruled out, you can go check that out.
Gas station
I’ll try to complete this section with the next update but I honestly don’t think there’s a lot of information here or at the warehouse.
Bugs?
After selecting what to call the Game of Murder Mystery you are stuck in, The code doesn’t contain he particular variation where you chose ‘Danganronpa’, so this weird sentence shows up
Tis in the Polo route, the variable fire_omen is not set but in the Fencing route the same option enables the variable and sets it to true
The last check for Merlin’s Guide should also contains ‘>’ symbol as well
The Update seemed very short because of course we can’t see the entire thing even with saves but I really enjoyed it and also congrats on the tumblr account being un-shadowbanned(if that’s a word(apparently not))
Also I have decided to update both the purity and will guides that I made for the Free Time Hub.
Also so many question and research to do but not enough time, Doesn’t help that my MC has the Sloth Vice.

I have been following OKS since your first WIP and have truly enjoyed the story telling, the pacing, and the character development. What can I say, I am asucker for a demon, especially a succubus like Merlin. Will it end badly? Quite possibly. Will that deter me? Most certainly not. Adrian, I am really suspicious of. I don’t recall the exact warning Arthur gave me during the initial dream sequence, but it feels like it could point to Adrian. He is just holding way too much too close to his vest. Percy, still don’t know what to make of him. Could he be the traitor? Maybe. Time will tell.this one of the best WIP’s I have played here, and I will (barely) wait patiently for the next chapter.

Once again the game’s update had me obsessing over it for quite some time. Nevermind my inner completionist rolling around in a fit of anguish with how much interesting stuff we can do, I had a great time! Kindergarten-approved storm with Percy was adorable, all the options to fluster Adrian amusing and conversations with Merlin illuminating (as well as time-consuming)

The Mage MC is resurrecting from the dead! But no, I don’t ask for stats from the Alpha Build, since it has the Cheat Mode right there that would muck everything up.
I either really lost track of magic points at some point, someone’s been cheating, or there’s a bug in the game somewhere. Maybe if the person got 15+ magic points from the Luck talent and then that section restarted when the game updated?
I think Mists of Avalon and Once & Future King were some of the first modern reinterpretations that kiddie me read (as opposed to translations of the OG stuff). Also, been awhile since I’ve seen a “Hark, a Vagrant” meme.
He might start debating that considering the way some MCs have been acting…
Well, I removed the stuff from the code that was too spoilery. And the Cheat Mode in the Alpha Build allows you to trigger the scenes with the ROs that haven’t joined yet, so there’s a pretty good chance that someone somewhere out there actually did manage to see most of the scenes (outside of code reading).
I know, right? 
I’ve had to do that so many times, over and over again. With the next update, I’m going to make a landing page section in-between the chapters and never update that section ever. I think that might be enough to at least stop all the saves made on the landing page from ever corrupting.
Ah, that happened because I added in ‘Danganronpa’ recently upon request, but I should probably stop doing that for old sections now to stop introducing new bugs. I also fixed the other reported bugs. There’s only 58 points of merlin_guide available in total, but it can’t hurt to add an >= in case I ever add more entries.
Also, please LMK when/if you ever update your guides!
