hi, i’m ray!

my current project is Deux à Deux, a thriller-drama-romance which i am currently drafting Chapter 2 for. outside of the ChoiceScript/IF sphere, i have been writing a little poetry (sometimes) and trying to read more books and watch more movies and music videos.

MUSIC — currently listening to a lot of weird electronic house music (i think that’s the genre? i never actually checked, lol) and alt-rock stuff. i’m also obsessed with watching music videos recently. i really loved the cheap motel video by FKA Twigs!

BOOKS — currently reading the Everyman’s Pocket Library haiku collection (titled Haiku) and Dæmon Voices by Philip Pullman (a collection of his essays edited by Simon Mason. i don’t know what’s in the water, but i’ve been reading like crazy the past few weeks!

MOVIES — watched the new Avatar in the theater with my boyfriend. it was fucking incredible. hoping to go see it in 3D soon.

GAMES — nothing but Stardew Valley these days. i got a few mods now! mostly just adding new farm animals (i have crows and rats in the coop now!!!) and making sprinklers and scarecrows passable. huge help, that.

PERFUMES — i got a full bottle of The Language of Glaciers by Imaginary Authors for christmas and that’s the only thing i’ve been wearing. i love the piney peppery smell.
