i haven’t read the demo, but a story that so specifically targets my mommy issues is a gem lol

will we see the albino route soon ? it’s my first time seeing story play on that matter usually other stories does not mention it. (i mean no pressure on the author i just ask if we will play this path in the WIP or full release)

The albino route will be written in the wip once I finish chapter 1. I want to go back and add it when I have the full road map of what happens during the set up of chapter 1; because as much as I want to be a the architect type of writer, I am unfortunately a gardener

Small Update Coming Soon!
Hello everyone!
I’ve been a little too quiet for my own liking, school and work keep me away from writing as much as I would like lately; but I’ve kept working on what I could whenever I get the chance.
So, I am still doing some bug fixing but I have added some new features to the game that definitely make my life easier when testing things. A new cheat menu has been added in the stat menu, it allows you to add phobias, traits and adjust other stats in the menu screen.
I also have added a quick start option that allows you use a default character and jump to a checkpoint in the story.
I have been hacking away at chapter 1, it’s still very much a work in progress but what is really exciting is that there will be much longer phobia segments and gained traits dialouge! I am still working on making the stats work as intended but a majority of chapter 1 will allow you to build The Orphan into what you’d like them to start as, stat build wise.
I think the fun part of the journey will be trying to keep your Orphan’s stats where they are when you finish chapter 1. 
Currently chapter 1 is at a meger 2k words, and the cheat menu works for the most part. I gotta still fix some bugs and keep on hacking away at getting traits working as intended, as well as actually finishing chapter 1 lol. But that is honestly take me a while, I really want to share what I have been able to complete however; so I will make a small update soon, right after I add some more phobia dialouge and rewrite some areas of the early prologue acts.
I hope you all will like what is coming and know that I am not dead lol, just a little busy lately.

Small update is now live!
Current word total is 40k.
I think this update is like around 7k words.
I finally got the cheat menu working thanks to the help I got on the COG Forums (Bless their hearts *)* and the first BIG phobia portion is done. The size and importance of these sort of segments are what you can come to expect for upcoming phobia specific flavor dialogue. The phobia that got the most love was Nyctophobia (fear of the dark); Haphephobia (Fear of touch) also got some love too in what I have done so far.
I updated some old stuff in early segments of the IF, mainly things at the beginning.
Overall I feel like I didn’t get as much done as I would have liked but hope you like it.

Quick question. Will it be a permanent or temporary cheat mode? I would like to know before I invest myself into this.

It’s temporary, I plan using it mainly as a way for me to bug hunt. But once the demo is long enough I can take it out of public demo publishings or maybe add a code to unlock it but when the story is officially done it won’t even be a feature.

And then again when I read the story synopsis and realised miss June would disappear.

I know my MC will cry and think she got abandoned again. No matter if she is an adult. She will cry and sob like her baby self. Poor thing. I love angst so much but still hate all the suffering my MCs have to go through.
