Not able to open Choice Script

Hi Everyone

After downloading choice script and opening up the web html file, the rest of my files are not opening. I know I have to use notepad, but I’m not able to even get to that point. I’m not the greatest with technology, but has anyone had this experience before?

I would certainly appreciate any help you can give.
