I’m working on a largish WIP and I’d like to put it up here for feedback, since it seems like a friendly and active place for intfic discussion and feedback. Would it be cool if I popped it into the WIP forum, despite it being ink and not CS?

Sure. It’s hardly the first non-CS WiP on the forum. Just make it clear in both the title and the first post 
Normally non Choice-Script works are moved to the “Other Interactive Fiction” section though …
Yep! Put it in the Other Interactive Fiction section, label it as Inkle, (which you’ve done) and everything should be good.
