Yes. It would be better you write down your playthrough, so you reproduce and save them later when the save feature is added.
Is there a way to save Geoffrey at the end of the game if you do both Lady Imperion and Parson’s Rest?
He will always die.
Really? Even if you progress the investigation further with the bordello/bad tavern? Well, I feel much better about it, then.
Thanks.
Thanks, good idea
Found a bug:
When I load, let’s call it Save A (no Evertree, mage from Tyr turning investigator, not working for Imperion), Kyran thinks we have a date scheduled when we meet for the second time, although I had actually sent him away at the first given opportunity. I still get this:
No, Kyran, we were never “on” for “tonight”.
When I load Save B (no Evertree, thief from Blackstone turning investigator, working for Imperion) the bug doesn’t occur and the game acknowledges that I rejected him the first time around:
Is there a guide on how to romance O? I’m happy to start from Sordwin.
I cant wait to play the next installment. I am new around here. Could someone let me know when the next installment is due? This book felt a bit short/premature. But no compromise on the quality tho! Enjoyed it down to every bit
The demo for the next book is out! You can find the thread for it here.
Thank you
What are all the 20 possible career’s?
In no particular order:
Investigator, Ranger, Shaman, Scholar, Druid, Minstrel, Monk, Watcher, Battlemage, Scout, Hero, Assassin, Thief, Mountebank, Spy, Crusader, Duelist, Priest, Slayer and Peacemaker.
In one of the sequels, you need to throw a version of this in for your slayer players.
I look forward to playing more of these classes once most/all the saga is out. For now, me and my investigator will carry on!
@ThomB I noticed the thread for Lux: City of Lies is closed. Isthe game still a thing?
Very much so but it is still early days so probably not a whole lot to talk about and they just hit the time limit for inactivity. It will almost certainly be reopened when he wants it to be.
How to get the Slayer class?
@Kelly_Seastar What phimseto said. The threads close after X months of inactivity. I can request the thread be reopened if people want to discuss it in the meantime I post updates on Twitter.
@ThisNameIsTaken most classes are available to all characters. The Priest requires a character who visited the temple on Sordwin and had a connection to the Five. Peacekeeper requires a compassionate character from Sordwin or Evertree. Slayer requires Determined.
How exactly does romance develop over the course of 3 (potentially 4) books? Very slow-burn like in Wayhaven Chronicles? Or is it possible to establish official healthy relationships already in the first book and then deepen them?
Chronologically, not a huge amount of time passes between the start of Evertree Inn and the end of Lux City of Secrets, so that’s one thing to consider. That said, the answer to your question is generally yes to starting and developing in book one.
Was playing around with alternate Evertree Inn playthroughs, and was reminded - in our Misc. Items, we should have “Isaria’s autograph”!
