I put yea but would like to be clear that I feel it should be something completely optional and not forced. Optional I think is self explanatory, but by ânot forcedâ I mean that I donât want to hold Sallyâs hand to hook her up with Nick nor do I expect Nick to just auto fall for sally because of his precious baby siblingâs involvement.
Letting Sally know a part of his schedule so she can try to do something with him; encouraging her to let him know how she feels; or even just telling Nick to focus on himself or someone else other than you, to live his own life. Thatâs what I would be looking for instead of forcing the two of them together in a super nosy or awkward, matchmaker way.
I also think it would be an interesting dynamic for people with crushes on Gray, especially if you allow us to try to move on like one of the options said.
I figure I should post my weekly status updates here as well, for people who donât have a tumblr
Current Coded Words: 140k coded in alpha
Next Demo Update: November 28
Only one planned update this month since Iâm reworking a lot of Chapter 4 and 5 to delay certain scenes for better impact. Itâll include all of Chapter 5 and possibly the first half of Chapter 6. A huge chunk of the middle portion is already written, so even with the editing, this next update should be heftier (a single Thanksgiving-sized platter, so to speak, rather than weekly breadcrumbs)
That would be a plotwist of century!!
Would still low-key romance him tho
Itâs not Satan since heâs gender-locked while Noh is gender-flippable.
I really loved this demo! I canât wait to read more contents. I definitely go for the professor! It reminds me of Severus Snape. I love him already!
So, just to confirm, but what are the ways to beat the test with or without cheating and how do you get Sally pass that doctor?
I relly like kent but I have a thing for brotherâs friends (even irl )
(look at Noh in the corner with their creepy mask on)
Why tho
Why not though?
Look, all these theories are great but did you know that bungee gum possesses the properties of rubber and gum?
Do you mean past the guard? You no longer can.
A lot of readers interpreted Sally wanting to see Nick as being aggressive and uncaring, which made me concluded that Iâd misrepresented her character in the hospital scenes. Some people even got the impression that Sally is using Button to get to Nick! Iâve never been fully happy with that scene, and the feedback people provided here really helped me pinpoint what could be improved.
It was better to let Sally stand down for this scene, to cement that Button is her foremost priority and let readers view the current dynamic before deciding whether to change itâthe earlier version asked you to make a decision on whether or not to set Nick and Sally up without ever witnessing the two interact, which was a pretty glaring flaw. Thus the Snickly trigger is being reworked to come later
I always tend to dislike matchmaking in interactive fiction, so itâs a Nay for me. I feel very protective of Nick too No one is good enough for big brother. Sorry not sorry.
Iâm so interested in the masked stranger, though⌠since their first appearence and the heavy villain vibes. And Iâve been reading talk about them being a secret ROâŚ? Hell yes.
Aha. So thatâs why. Thanks mate.
Wasnât Noh the person who controlled Mcâs mind recently? In that case, I donât think my MC could forgive that.
All I need in life is for Rosy to propose to me and then we go off into the night to live happily ever afterâŚ
Also for those who did Glitch route how was it?
I usually stick to two MCâs (one for Rosy and one for k)
But glitch is looking tasty ngl
Well you can already ask her to marry you
Glitch is awsome. She goes out of her way to help MC. I believe she truly cares about the MC.
Mmmh⌠I donât trust Glitch, for me is him that is secretly evil and tryes to control MC.
So much agreement here My nature is to play 15 different saves with 15 different MCs at all times. I tried to do one where I hated Nick and I just couldnât. I could get my Button to hate their mom. Even their dad. But every time I got to a choice with Nick, I couldnât bring myself to pick the hostile option.
Congrats, youâve made a really good character!
