I updated the Patreon version (4.2) on Thursday, then gave it a quick read, and updated it again today (Went from 18K to 16K)

I noticed that after I picked the preset female character, my MC kept being called “unknown”
Also I didn’t kill n e 1 and passed, but the guy grading me said I have the eyes of a killer my caring stat is at 74%

My MC went undercover in the Church with a fake name but as some point that just disappears and everyone is using MC’s real name.
There’s also a lot of pronoun errors for my trans MC. Stuff like “I mean, okay, he’s kind and good-looking. She also treats you well, but…"
Edit: is that Marcus and John hug mentioned in chapter 4 the one that happens when you’re off investigating the werewolves with Vale? Cause I got that during my playthrough, and the only character in the entire game that I’ve picked romance options for is Alex.
Edit: Also the viagra “prank.” My MC is a guy, yes, but he’s a transguy. If he even had a dick (which in my mind, he doesn’t), it wouldn’t work.

You aren’t supposed to get that unless you choose a poly route specifically, if not then John doesn’t really hug Marcus and there’s not a lot of attraction between the two.
So, spoiler alert for trans people, they would have a d**k or a vag*na if they were born with it, at this time there is no surgery that the MC can do so they have to live with what they have, there will be that feature where the MC can turn into the opposite gender with the help of John if they so want (It’s not just for trans people either lmao, you can just experiment with that kinda stuff. Basically you’d change down to the chromosome level… am I doing too much? Idk maybe I am. Gimme your thoughts, I wouldn’t even be mad if you got angry at me about it)
Speaking as a transguy, as long as whatever John offered had options, that’d be cool. I don’t need a dick to be a guy, but would happily get rid of the tits and a couple choice internal organs.
I mentioned the hug cause it was a weird moment. Marcus brought up going to John for it, like it was something he needed MC’s approval for. I was just like I don’t care bro, hug whoever you want? My MC’s not romancing either of you (I’d initially thought of pursuing John based on the descriptions up top, but as soon as I saw the heart options for Alex in-game, the decision was made. MC for yearner king).
It won’t be John offering you options, it would basically be you asking John you’d want to change into a body you’re more comfortable with basically ^-^

Sorry about the late update again (I promise I’m not making it a habit, I was trying to focus on completing the book on tuesday but due to work, I kinda couldn’t )
Chapter 5.1 is almost finished, will be releasing it on Patreon on Friday!
Around 8K words were fixed, only 4K remain. A lot of words were removed since they were causing looping errors.
A lot of bug fixes, including MC’s real name being uttered by Valentine.

I honestly thought I’d breeze through the book but I kinda didn’t take into account how busy work would make me, so I genuinely apologize, I’ll be working double time now though, since I was going through a writing block and now that seems to be lifted! Sorry again you all!

Is seems that the poly flag keeps getting checked even you choose the option of avoiding poly. Scene with M and J/E keeps showing as if M and MC are in a poly.
Read it two days ago and can confirm I still have the same issue. Blaine’s and J scene still plays as if we are all in a poly even though we are not.
It could be a difference in the public vs patreon builds. It’s been a minute since I last looked at the patreon version, so I can’t say definitively that they’re persistent there, but I can confirm that the errors mentioned are still present in the public build.
