Lords of Infinity Guides

Not that i know, but the chapter guides already made do have how to become a saboteur in the choices, and which choices and results are saboteur restricted.

The paths is more of a matter of taste, most prefer Aetoria but one can only know after trying both.

Do you recommend the estate path or the capital path early on in chapter 2

If you don’t have enough Charisma or Intellect then I Suggest go Estate Path and improve your barony. If you have High Charisma + Intellect + Lots of Money + Big Revenue then Aetoria

I only have like 2k early on in the game since i invested heavily with garing in the second game @versanius

Don’t send money to your family in Guns because you will need it to invest in your barony or Shipowners. Don’t try to pay off your debts in Lords, just renegotiate your interest rate.

We will know during Wars. In my playthrough, I invested 2k in Garing’s project, bought the lieutenant-colonel commission and still ended the game with 22k+ in money and 18k of debt, without abducting Aleksandra in Guns.

Not at the start. It was ending state of Lords. I started the game with 4800 crowns in my pocket and 12k in debt.

What about the invesment with garing is it a waste of money?

If you a Wulframite then Yes, if you a Royalist then it is good especially if you join Army Commission and implement full Adoption.
Did you buy LT Commission perhaps ? I mean 2K is quite Little, especially if you an Aetorian MC if you a Wulfram Region MC then it is much easier.

How the heck you got 22K without capturing Aleksandra at the start of the game.

And should i aly myself with the royalest or with the duke which path is more rewarding for the mc

The ultimate rewards are equivalent, but getting them with Wulfram is easier. Besides that siding with Wulfram does get you interest free debt, but it isn’t THAT great, alternatively you can backstab him and get rid of the debts entirely.
Then there is Romance: Katarina is Royalist only.

Because you Invest in Garing then I suggest go Royalist especially if you romance Katarina, With that amount of Money You need either Take Massive Loan or do Corruption or do both if you join go to Aetoria (You need to if not Royalist will take an L), Don’t lower Rent, Rent a Former Trading House.

@Tiago , thank you for your great work. Are you considering to do an achievement guide aswell? I have put more than 60h into the game till now and did at least 12 playthroughs (the first took me 17h the last one 1h). Yet I´m still missing 10 achievements and have no idea how to get them. (The achievements still missing are: 55 Minutes in Aetoria, Double Cross, Guns of the Patriots, Red on the Ledger, The Hour of the Wolf, Lawyers, Guns, and Money, Trust Only Your Fists, Darling of the Slums, Oh, Just One More Thing and 30-50 Feral Hogs) Any help would be much appreciated.

Edit: Thanks to bored92 I now have the 55min achievement. So only 9 achievements left.

In the Royalist side of the Battle of Aetoria, Palliser will ask for backup from the Dragoons while his volunteers goes inside the Takaran embassy to keep their weapons away from the Wulframites. Not sure what stats are needed for this but this is how you’ll get that one

Thank you. Just got the achievement. Luckily i had a savegame near the battle as a royalist.

fellows I have found a way to get that fat stack of coins as well as the muskets from tassenweed

. Follow the typical national hero guide-18 yo aetorian, books for gifts, weak soldering, mid intellect, high charisma, read up on antar, stay with the duke and read more books during lieutenant approach

. In guns, chooses the self improvement option

. In the first chapter of lords, protect charisma

. Cant do shit about the stat maluses in aetoria winter but dw that will not stop us

. Spent 2 turns during chapter 9(?) increasing both intellect and charisma

charisma will be 63 and intellect will be 67, the exact numbers needed to get 130 and get an extra 1750 crown as well as the muskets, you could also sell them immediately afterwards for another 2500 crown.

It’s a nice build if in Guns one will either capture Aleksandra or go to 2K, it’s only problem is the impossibility of catching the princess in the SM.

Except the gain of charisma instead of soldiering at the very beginning, right?

Oh, that’s a nice alternative, although not having a lieutenant with mentor 2 will hurt.

When going to 2K i never buy the promotion as Isobel uses the brevet promotion to give the MC seniority anyway.

But then charisma will not become 63 right? it will be 62, as Guns will increase it from 60 to 62.

I plan to use and abuse this, i plan to use it in a non forlorn hope build where the MC doesn’t get any promotion in Guns so Isobel creates a skip of 2 levels.

The price is less influence with Grenadier Square, but the difference isn’t that bad.
As my main build is non forlorn hope it’s extra 2300, although this only balances it with a build that captures the princess.
As for health, that i always kept at 75, even when doing forlorn hope, although i prefer not having to pick that choice and i am going non forlorn currently.

But the training is limited to peak stats. You can’t get a stat to higher than it was in the beginning of Lords.

This is me giving my three cents, if you want, you can opt to learn Antari twice in Guns, especially since you can increase your intellect. (This was when I was doing my experimenting in Guns when the import of unit stats was known prior to Lords release)

Ideally, learn antari in Guns at the beginning, so that if you decide to stay at the Estate in Lords and train with Loch, bunk it up to 2 as well as raising your stats, even if it is only for a moment. But yeah, more ideal to have the mentored lieutenants.

I still don’t want to take the risk of my promotion being considered “fake”, especially if you are a Royalist.

You are an evil man, Tiago…I salute you

Also means a free 1500 crown and no health decrease…goddamn your cruel brilliance (not counting the 800 crown for major promotion, since Forlorn Hope always saves that up anyways)

No, wait, yeah you are right, had a brain fart there cause I forgot you aren’t buying the Major promotion

And as for the Grenadier Square influence, we can honestly make it up come Lords and even in Guns

you can go with the soldering gain at the very beginning and still reach the needed amount of 130.

especially if you’re going to 2k and then buy the promotion to LC, you’ll be on a tight budget for the beginning of the game.

in any case, all this is irrelevant if you catch the princess since you’ll be rolling in money anyways. princess anna catchers are fucked though, theyll have to make do with the 2.5k they get in ransom but they could still make respectable amounts of money from shipowners in general and the first two tassenweed events

I like to buy it for roleplays sake. in any case starting lords with 2.2k crowns is not as bad as you think it is, especially if you have good relations with GS for that quick 3k loan with no bump in interest rate

used a fairmath calculator for this, my MCs charisma at the beginning of guns is 62. it goes down by 5% in chapter 4, it is now at 59. train it in chapter 9/10 and the 10% boost gets it to 63.

The guides do have all in them. As for a achievement guide specifically, a basic one is done.

What do you think of writing the memoirs i spent three turns in guns and two turns in lords for them do you think that time investment is worth it?

You’ll get a shit load of money or fame, depending on what you want
