Thank you everyone for your kind words and support! I’m so glad you’re all getting something out of this book. It almost led to an existential crisis trying to write it , so I’m thrilled it’s resonating!
Absolutely fantastic story, and I’m so happy with the ending I got. Thank you so much for this wonderful story!
Fantastic story. I went for the bittersweet kind-of ending where the MC chose to become the owner of the company with Devon and stayed in reality while saying a heartfelt goodbye to the Fox.
For me, I think that’s the best ending I could’ve wanted. The MC finds a new purpose in his life vs the boring monotone life he had in the beginning and he’s living happily with his mom being cured and with Meera as a potential LI as the Fox continues on their journey to find their next tail. With a chance and hope that they meet again someday.
Overall, a great and satisfying read.
Found you wrong pronouns:
Also, I don’t remember any fire. I think some variable got its wires crossed here.
This game is a ride and you did an amazing job.
Just amazing? Personally, I think it’s insulting to make such an understatement like that
Just read through this and had to give major props. Thank you for creating such a beautiful story.
First, hello! I’m new to the forum and Kitsune is the first book/game I wanted to praise. I’ve read some games from Hosted or COG before, but this one… Words cannot describe how much I love it. Here’s my very short review I wrote on one of Discord servers while talking about this particular title, and to be precise, when I ended it:
"Aaaaaand… Done!
It was great, I did not cry, but the tension I felt in my chest gradually started to shrink when I finally understood everything this game tried to tell me. The love story was great (at least the first out of four paths), the story was, at the beginning, quite cliché but started to be very interesting very quickly and I loved the characters. Since english is not my native language I did not fully understand the epilogue and maybe that was the plan. To make this game as much convoluted as possible and to leave the reader some thoughts and questions, but not with full answers. Solid, and I mean SOLID 9/10 that makes me want to make an account on forum and just tell the author how much I love this work. I doubt there will be a second game in this universe, but… I don’t care. I’m just happy it ended the way it ended. "
Thank you, the author. You made my days better and finally made me create an account on this forum despite playing those games a few years already. Good luck to you on your further journey.
