If I’m reading into this correctly, then the reason that she’ll harm Sophia is because she’s probably a possessive type of yandere, she’ll want to keep you for herself, but that would usually entails killing you to make sure you can’t be anyone else’s. I’d argue that killing another RO would be more in the realm of an obsessive yandere, but I haven’t actually seen her acting all obsessive toward us, yet.
