I had the same with the dad, after he died. What I like to think is that our MC was hallucinating the whole interaction, their mind properly fucked up from being a fucking Keeper, responsible for billions of people at college-age.
And being called the “second coming of Asteria” isn’t helping.
A complete mental breakdown is on its way, and I cannot wait
i remember diving through the code a while ago and think i remember some of the seeing / talking to the dead parent as being tied to your mental wellbeing score being below a certain threshhold I could be mis-remembering though.
That’s a shout, though every walkthrough I’ve had, the MC’s mental health seems to be on the ropes. I don’t know whether it’s just the way I play or something, but I still want to have a mental breakdown scene for all the ages.
Oooh hell yeah, that makes a lot of sense too. Because at one point after the death, MC just woke up feeling ‘happy’ and everyone was worried because according to them, we were literally catatonic from the grief, but MC just seemed to brush everything off, and the world seems to completely go back to the norm that we’re used to from our pov. I can’t wait for the RO/friends to actually notice what’s going on then.
Forgive me if this question has been asked but has there been a keeper that was also a nymph in the past? If not is it considered taboo? It feels almost as if being both would put you at odds with the high priestess, and even if it didn’t it would be pretty compromising to have a keeper bound to a knife.
Romace…that’s it, romance, comfort even ig a bit of smut— nvm..I really love how affectionate yakov is towards the Mc, i just wish there’s more scenes of it
I just finished keeper of day and night, and I didn’t see option to make a save file like there was at the end of sun and moon. When the third book comes out, will I need to replay and create a save file to import?
What stats do I require to kill Dominic after I blow his ass up using the sun?? I remember being able to do it but now I just have to options of compelling him, freeing him, and or capturing him. My Keeper isn’t no stranger to death and has already killed Reyna, Celosia, and those twelve other guys in the hallway when Frostbite attacked the prison.
I think (but I’m not sure) that option was removed as the author decided the story needed him alive. Might be mentioned upthread if I’m remembering correctly
To be honest I don’t think you wanna go that route since it is the bad ending, some comments ago not me, once said with the mc mental state level being in play if I remember right, bad ending mentioned doesn’t seem to equal to the villain kind of ending you want
