Couple of typos I caught (ommitted the already reported āfirst fling referred to as heā)
This was pretty good, you cooked again! As for options I would have wanted to have, maybe an option to stoically go into the basement (before your attempts to be brave fail and you still give in to fear once inside), and the options to have tea or a glass of water in the apartment, so coffee is not the only non-alcoholic choice.

I loved this maybe even a little more than poma. But itās obvious jinlai is set in maybe 7 century after poma events and tangs were still on throne till recently.
This experience was what I expected from Insert rich family name when I played that but that was focused on a different non-related to money and company power theme.
BUT Jinlai is all I wanted. Debauchery, money, politics,business management, investmentā¦ all there.
Really excited for this one.
Will the open marriage with the media heiress allow us to romance gorgeous neighbor and play dady for our sister friend still?

As @fsix said That could be the result of whatever happened at the end of poma. Maybe we cultivated all martial artists to ascend and theres only mortals living after that. For tangs probably some mortal just lied about their heritage as a bastard of tangs
