IntroComp is an annual competition where participants develop excerpts of interactive fiction, gain feedback from audience reactions, and (hopefully!) use this feedback to release a fantastic final product.
This year, we have seven entries, including one choicescript entry from myself. Do feel free to take a look at the contest and vote for the games you’d like to see completed.
I’ve entered this year with Dragon of Steelthorne: Skies over Steelthorne, the standalone sequel to my own HG release last year (or you can try the free version on the Spring Thing). Under contest rules, I will be refraining from discussing in detail the entries (including mine) until the contest is over. Still, if anyone has any specific questions regarding the game and/or the contest, you may post them here and I’ll see if I can answer.
I loved Dragon of Steelthorne! I’m looking forward to the standalone sequel. Hopefully, it gets published soon. Still reading your Introcomp entry, but I’ve already voted! Good luck!
Forgot to add, for anyone wanting to vote that closes on Sept 7th, so you’ve still got about 2.5 weeks to head over and look the entries over. I really do encourage anyone with time to go take a look. If there’s games on that list you’d especially like to see completed, now is the time to say so!
