I used the free version of inkarnate. But if you mean landscape generation, no clue. Liliarch seems to know some things about procedural generation though, you might ask them.

You shpuld try Azgaar’s fantasy map generator. You can make a lot of different map styles with nations, cities, rivers and etc.
