I created this account for a friend as they didn`t have an email address but now its set on this account on my computer and I cannot change back. How do I change my account to my main one on this computer?
Can’t you simply log out and relog back in?

Which is probably what you’d to with everything involving accounts.
Go to your notification menu (your avatar top-right).
What you’re looking for is at the bottom of the menu.

I`m really sorry but I cannot find anything about that. Could you tell where specifically to look?
click your avatar/profile picture in the top right corner. at the bottom, you’ll see “log out”.
