One other cool thing I didn’t think about before that you can do in Eclipse is run your game right inside Eclipse. It has a built in browser, so you only need one tool for coding and testing. Of course, you’ll want to test in other browsers eventually, but for routine testing, it’s pretty cool.
^Especially IE! DON’T FORGET TO TEST IN IE! /*cries because of time spent fixing IE specific errors
I wish IE would just quietly go away. 8-|
@Eposic
@CJW
I had what I think will be a great idea today.
I am in progress of downloading a speech recognition typing software called “Dragon”. I am hoping this will revolutionize how I write. In terms of speed and the fluidity of the writing. So now instead of typing all I will have to do is talk.
What are you’re thoughts on this? Have any of you tried this to write stories?
@mattnoles, I’ve heard of but not used Dragon. I’d be interested in hearing of your experience with it.
@mattnoles I love Dragon, but I live in a place where it’s too loud to use. Constantly spews gibberish onto the screen because no one in the house knows the term ‘inside voices’.
I drive semi truck noise is big problem for me, otherwise yes dragon is very good.
