How do you marry a robot?

I’ve tried getting over 20 empathy and autonomy in separate playthroughs by chapter 3 but I simply can’t figure out how to get a robot marriage.

For the dream I chose the Irish cliff, and said they proposed to me.

You have to marry the companion bot that you have the choice to build, Once you do they always try to initiate a romance with you so marriage from there is a piece of cake

But how do you build one?

Nevermind. Just got to that point. Sorry about that! I thought it had to be done by chapter 3 which is why I was confused.
