Quick question, how do you earn an achievements? i know how to make achievements but i don’t know how to earn them.

*achievement background visible 50 Background
  Learn your background
  Learned your background

Or

*achievement background hidden 50 Background
  hidden
  Learned your background

How would you earn this? (the thing above is just a test)
