That could be my old WiP, Countdown to World’s End, again… 
It’s not the MC, but one significant character does have a luck power that she’s not sure if it’s an actual super power or if it’s just ordinary luck.
Sadly, I should note that the WiP is probably cancelled; although it is a story I want to tell, I don’t think it can really work as IF.
