So that is what happened, dont know if is a steam bug, but i saw 72 games on my library, my normal is 69 ( ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) yep), but i placed a buy order and whent to print out my form for paying in the afternoom ( i use the Boleto Bancario Method ), but the games where already on my library, i never saw that on steam, i dont know if this is a bug, a preload , but if so do i still need to pay for it, gonna try downloading, gonna edit after.
PS: i bought the heroes rise bundle.
Edit: it seens to be a new feature of steam, the payment still needs to be processed, so no problem.
