I am trying to start writing but for some reason i cannot download firefox onto my computer. Can someone explain how to or suggest a reason why i cannot?
Have you tried Google Chrome?
No, but seriously, it could be one of a hundred issues.

All it says is that the file type is not supported for both of them
You aren’t downloading the setups on your phone are you ?
Or by mistake downloading windows setup on Mac or vice versa
