I like Kota from Unnaturals 
As far as Choice Of or Hosted games go, my favourite would be Heather from Zombie Exodus. I loved how, on the surface she seems like just a whiney, sarcastic type character, over time if you get to know her more, she reveals that she isn’t truly like that on the inside. I’ve found that, even though i’ve always wanted to try out different romance options for playtest purposes, I could never imagine a run-through of ZE without Heather (and therefore end up dating her every time without fail :P)
However, if WiPs are included, one of my all-time favorites would be Carrie Caraway from Tin Star. I’ve always found the dialogue with her to be incredibly interesting, her personality well written and explored, and her relationships with all the other characters quite intricate.
