That’s the thing here MC is not average run of the mill dragon, so I guess i try to make it different.

The author has confirmed that we have multiple forms already. He’s neither outright confirmed or denied if we have a full on dragon form, so while I don’t want to get my hopes up for a dragon form because I don’t want to be disappointed, there’s still a chance for it to happen unless the author confirms or denies it.

Well something to keep in mind is that our Dragon Kin is still young.
A less humanoid draconic form might be something the MC will grow into with further maturity.

I mean, my imagination is in default anime mode.
I assume mostly based on the pic for this WIP on dashingdon that our dragon kin form is human with scales, wings, tail, and maybe horns. Something between a pure human or pure dragon form. And since we can assume a pure human form, I figure with time and growing power, we will eventually gain a pure dragon form.

I was thinking, we don’t know a lot about the inhabitants or the world overall, so i was wondering if we could get some info about why humans began hunting us, or the world overall?
Also what are the ranks people can have, how do they work and do other creatures also have ranks?
(i.e: maybe other mythological creatures that exist in this world, oh yeah what else exists in that world, there must be more than just humans and dragons right?)

Being isolationists or isolated, helps to keep the world at large undiscovered and unknown.
Otherwise would need tabs about nations and etc.
I am fine with how all that is myself. Why MC doesn’t understand things. Because was never taught. Very plausible to not know why, what and when.
Granted, we know about adventurer ranks as we fought them and gauged strengths.

I get that, but as a Hunter as an example it would make sense that we maybe would have fought/hunted some other creatures, or as an healer maybe we helped some other Mythical creature kins, if they exist
I mean we are isolated but we also were on the run, read books and traveled with a group for a certain amount of time, that gives us plenty of time to get at least insight on the creatures and other things in this world.

That is just how MC also would learn about the world. And it is how you should generally convey what is the world like. By having the MC/read see it directly through interactions with other characters and or setting.

Yeah this is one way to learn it of course, which much preferable since new territory means new adventure and quest and possibly new companion, who know… As far as the story goes MC seem interested to become adventurer of some sort.

Not sure about that one. My herbalist dragon was quite against the idea. He preferred to stay in the village.

Same. My cautious MC was forced into this trip filled with people who are ready to butcher the MC if they mess up and their true form is revealed accidentally or seen by a high perspective skill adventurer.

I expect it to happen. It’s written everywhere that’s how it tends to go. But I’m also not an optimistic one.
I was against going to. The friend convinced me with a bit of guilt tripping. “No, it’s not because you that I didn’t want to go!”
My guess is they will recruit me to fight the other.
My suggestion is, “just leave that dragon alone and it will stop butchering. At least I want left alone anyway. The other might not. No idea. I definitely don’t trust adventurers at all. They already tried making me extinct!”

I dunno in my opinion to retreat and hide forever in that town doesn’t seem to be the way forward, one way or another MC need to face this, so why not just face it and see where it goes from there at least there is potential ally to be made and information about enemy to learn, if that doesn’t work fleeing is always an option.
My MC is calculating and humble, my MC also view deception and violence as a tool that should be used as situation demand it.
