I know but its probably because A is so prideful mostly thinking they can overcome their life destroying addiction on their own. All I know is I have to be careful about their other red flag. They still can`t grasp our family situation after being together this long. They better keep our kid away from them.

To be fair our father wasn`t that bad apart from being a doormat. I could understand it a bit if he only stayed with that witch until MC was old enough to leave to avoid a custody battle.

Eh, from what is posted my mc would currently be more interested in V’s cute fiancée actually. They don’t seem to be interested in mc though, no matter how cute we can make mc. It would be a fucked up dynamic V is interested in mc, who is in my case not really interested in him but is interested in V’s fiancee who is in turn not interested in mc.

Thank you! That was exactly what I was going for. I wanted the MC to be customizable while still having enough depth to avoid feeling like a blank slate. Striking that balance is definitely a challenge!

Understood, maybe near the ending once mc on the dark path is both a criminal and bold enough themselves maybe we can still attempt to flirt with L, even if it leads nowhere?
Although of course my mc doesn’t get what the appeal of V is or whatever it is L sees in them.
If only mr. Kim wasn’t such a fashion disaster, he seems otherwise cute but his Jesse Pinkman style of dressing is a major turn off for me.

I don’t suppose V’s dad is at all bi-curious as a potential hookup? My mc may not see much in V but his dad seems like a real silver fox.
Also what did mister Coleman do to be retired at the age of 54? Has he made a fortune somehow? Because particularly for the United States that age is really, really low, same goes for the mc’s dad at just 57.

Ridgepoint operates a bit differently from the real world—here, the retirement age is 50. Also, regardless of the MC’s background, their parents come into some more money in a way I won’t spoil just yet! And if the MC has the wealthy dad background, he’s already pretty well-off. I also want to add that the cost of living in Ridgpoint isn’t too bad, and the salaries are pretty decent. Wish I could live here tbh. Would be nice if they didn’t have all that corruption running rampant.
