Riley is a full-on, no-holds barred asshole, I see. It saddens me that I’ll have to pass on any potential opportunities to fuck him over, as that’d endanger patient care. Why must I have principles? 
I take it none of those variables are “the patient doesn’t die”, seeing as “patients die” is literally the point of the chapter?
As a non-chapter question, will poly routes be available on the romances (specifically in my case, Jean and Vic)? I dunno if you’ve said anything about it before, and I’ve just missed it.

The three variable endings center on the “kind” of death Mr. Day has. There’s no good ending, but there are less brutal ones.
As for Riley, at least he’s not two-faced. He’s always been pretty clear on what kind of person he is 
To answer your poly question, the only poly I think I’ll code in the game is for Vic and Dr. Grey with the MC.

I just found this and wanted to say…WOW! I cannot believe this exists, this is a dream come true, as a lover of medical themed dramas, films, books and so on. Experiencing this story and being a part of this world is so amazing.
The story is really cool, I loved all the characters, interactions and your writing is easy to read/follow, it flows really organic and just the right amount of details.
I really love how you structured everything in Cases/Chapters and the tests of paying attention to details of the cases and patients + the consequences of not taking care of yourself - is so unique and it creates this pressure.
I read above about the 3 endings with Mr Day, daaaamn I played 3 times and got the same ending

I’ve been working on a DLC for Citadel called “Three Strangers” where you play as a bartender at a Danton bar and meet…well, three “strangers” from the Citadel-verse.
But, we’re doing things a little differently than usual…Instead of releasing all the “strangers” at once, I’ll be releasing them one by one.
Here’s the release schedule for the first “stranger” (“the woman, who looks like she could eat you alive”):

Maybe explain what all the stats encompass? Annnnnnnd add a “notebook” or something where your character keeps key points of each patient recorded down. Like their age and any other useful info
I am really looking forward to this though! There aren’t many CYOA projects that are in the medical genre. “The Ripper” is the only one i can think of, but even that isnt soley medical genre.

Wondering if maybe I could make an “easy” mode where the “intern’s notes” are available and then a mode where it’s up to the player to record the information?
I would honestly love that 
(Confession, don’t hit me, but I may or may not cheat in your game by looking at the code to select the right things because my short-term memory is like a sieve…) I think different difficulties in games or cheat codes, and the like, are wanted in most genres by a large subset of players
