Have we gone over the fact that the MC’s met the children of the Trinity during lunch period and they all fit certain high school clique stereotypes?

Zeus’s kids: “They all seem to gleam with the same beauty as the glass tables. Their smiles are brilliant, their bodies statuesque.” (allure) The preppy popular kids

Hades’s kids: “They have an air of effortless brilliance about them , confidence in their movements and gracefulness in their smiles.” (wit) The naturally smart kids

Poseidon’s kids: “They lounge on the tables, laughter abundant. They are truly sunkissed, with an air of carelessness around them.” (strength) The chill surfer kids

Well I guess I know who Altair Angelis’s pop is now :smiley: I also wonder why Saint doesn’t seem to fit in with any of the groups…

Also, all of Olympus seems to adore Aeson. I wonder what he does to garner such acclaim? And I wonder what will happen when/if he dies during the transferring of the essence? Will everyone hate Lavei?

Aeson will not die when he transfer the Essence.

If he died when he transfered the Essence, the PC would die too.
If one dies, the other dies too.

But yeah, I noticed that too during the lunch scene. So hoping those implications hold up – less you be like some sort of black sheep :)) – because Underworld fam here comes my MC (please be kind and accepting like your father)

On my end, since Rohie mentioned he’s a bit dramatic, I feel like he’d wear eyeliner (which would be super on point).

@squarelyblue I was aiming for a primarily allure character but my choices in chapter 4 made my MC get more wit. I guess he’ll be calling Hades Daddy Henry now :sweat_smile:

@Zilla What if the first word Aeson says to Lavei is “Howdy?” as he walks up to the MC while wearing his spurs? I’d lose it. :horse:

Also, I love the reference to Ithaka :heart:. I have a different interpretation but still haha

I wonder though whom between Zeus or Poseidon would be the distant but wanting to care sort of dad. And which one might just flat out…not be very parental for whatever reason. Though I’m also wondering if MC can get Hades’ disapproval so low that they’d pull an Obi Wan like “YOU WERE THE CHOSEN ONE. YOU WERE (like) MY (own) CHILD. I LOVED YOU”

My vote for tsundere dad would go to Poseidon. I feel like he keeps himself a bit distant to let his kids have more freedom and discover things on their own (hence their relaxed attitude). They sound like a fun bunch haha.

Amongst the sons of Zeus though, I’ll take Perseus over Herc. At least, he seems far more stable and probably he and my MC can try to bond over being happily adopted – if it turns out to be that way :))

@Rohie I just noticed that my MC no longer has the Mirror of the Sea by Chapter 5. Is the mirror a one time use item (I used it to escape Saint’s Seekers)?

I believe @Rohie, said the mirror wasn’t one time use but the mist was somewhere in the thread…

Personally I think Saint, or one of the nurses took it when the MC was in their little coma.

Losing magic items must be a pain… I bet the MC could find some just looking around.

So on the children of your possible parents( Please bring up more if you know them):

  • Zeus: Hercules, and Perseus

  • Poseidon: Theseus, and Horses

  • Hades: Can only gods/goddess that might have been born from Zeus, disguised as Hades, banging Persephone.
