Hmm… we don’t get to keep that job for the majority of our time on the run though, besides we go on the run when we were fourteen by then we’re already sixteen and like I said having eaten there a couple of times means very little in the grand scheme of things.
Weren’t we 15? It describes our year first at 4 months and then another slight time skip to Washington at which point it’s a few months behind our 16th birthday. And we weren’t being actively chased after Washington thanks to our charm. I doubt at that point they’d treat every meal like their last at that point because there’d less threat from the seekers finding them. They most likely would have moved if the charm didn’t work before our friends took us to Olympus.
Besides we had the Dwarven supply stores to take care of us.

Well that was before my mc really knew of course as he did have that blocker on him.
Even so, compared to our “peers” on Olympus I still think our general living conditions were a good deal worse during those years on the run and a job doesn’t guarantee a decent standard of living or else we wouldn’t have “working poor” and my mc could easily have been one of those, considering those charms apparently didn’t come cheap.
That “winter interlude” scene does make the hunters seem slightly less effective and relentless at chasing us than they were before.
If that really is the new hard canon I suppose I could change it to a generally haggard and unkempt appearance, particularly his skin would still be far less flawless than that of his peers though. And it does nothing for our general ineptitude, particularly after that coma and lack of relevant training and information.
Still he either has crappy height genes or the stress still wasn’t kind to his growth (spurt), since no matter what height we select during character creation both Saint and Aeson are always taller than we are. I don’t believe Adonis and Santiago’s heights are mentioned anywhere in comparison to the mc, so they may or may not be taller too. 
I got that too (once or twice, reaching 55 before that scene is a bit hit or miss for me), of course even when that happens my mc doesn’t exactly believe her there.
This part I don’t understand since there is literally no-one we can ask for help ever, unless you refer to the one scene where the Scooby Gang tries to summon us as their servant, and I wouldn’t call that help by any means, particularly since they expect my mc to spill all the beans while revealing absolutely nothing themselves. I’m sorry but if they want to play that game with my mc they will need to show their hands first, not the other way around.
It didn’t really say anything about the cost as far as I noticed but we waited for them to be made. We could easily have been the test. Plus we did take Athena’s wallet, maybe theirs a godly ATM account.
I meant refusal to get help as in don’t want anything to do with Olympus even a job despite predicting having to choose from bad to mediocre lives otherwise.
Why should they give the info first compared to you doing the same? If you were them, wouldn’t you still want the info first?
He obviously doesn’t trust us and isn’t even trying to help.
My mc is very suspicious of their goals, so of course he doesn’t try to help. Besides my mc knows he killed the little shit, if not the other seekers so unless and until he ever trusts the Scooby Gang it is not in his best interests to help them make the case for his own persecution.
Still it is generally true both parties don’t quite trust the other here and my mc isn’t going to be the first one to blink in this case, if only because whatever else they still have the numerical advantage. So if they want to work with my mc they need to be a bit more polite and be prepared to offer him something useful first, otherwise no deal.
That is because having anything to do with Olympus at all on an ongoing basis, particularly his “father” and perfect “brother” would be infinitely worse than enduring even centuries of crappy dead-end jobs, because if magic is indeed science that we don’t (yet) understand then my mc is eventually going to figure out enough of it to reliably make the changes (to himself) that he desires. It is just that I foresee that the road to get there will be a long, unpleasant and dirty one.
When it comes to my mc in the end @Alexodia is right that he will take as long as it takes him to figure out how to what he wants to do on a scientific level and reliably reproduce it with technology.
For me as a player though that would be ridiculously far beyond the scope of the game so I’ll sadly never see the moment where my can finally rub his new knowledge and power in Hades and Aeson’s smug faces.

Mara hates all exactly as your character does But she just pretend not to. Also she had a mental traumatic experience having to sell her in porno but physically she had enough money and a good healthcare. She is more ruthless to each back stab and the Scobby gang dare to treat her like a janitor cleaning their poo. She is swallowing all and planning her REVENGE ALL WE DIE AT HER HANDS
My headcanon involves multiple attempted suicides… Is that less depressing? 
If by “suicide” you mean relentlessly go after the pursuing teams of Watchers no-holds-bared … then no.
If by “suicide” you mean lay in a tub and cut yourself and cry… then yes.

@Eiwynn, I have some variation to yours. My MC who mindlessly trace their wrist tattoo and watch the blood mix with the water and I admit that I find that creepy and worrying.
I also want to know if Rohie is okay with fanart on our MC. I have plans to do some during my Christmas break.

Glad I’m not the only one who thinks that way, but my mc is less sanguine than Mara here and would be perfectly okay with getting away from Olympus and having nothing to do with any of those people ever again.
So basically Mara suffered even more mental anguish but that enabled here to have better physical circumstances compared to my mc
