Cannot save game on iPad

I cannot save my first Heroes Rise on iPad. Every time I pressed save, a message popped up saying ‘Couldn’t upload your saved game to choiceofgames.com. You can try again later from the Restore Menu’.

I used to be able to save the game perfectly fine. But after I downloaded the third game, I cannot save both Heroes Rise 1 or 2 at all. I checked my internet connection and even reinstall all the three games, to no avail. I updated my IOS also, still cannot save.

Please advise. I would like to finish the game :frowning:

I would be grateful for any help. I have already emailed the support email provided on the website, but there is no reply (I emailed them 10 hours ago).

PS. My game version is 1.2.1
