“The things I do for love”
The main difference with that is I won’t push a kid out the window and I’m not into i[REDACTED]
I don’t really use COG forums anymore but I just wantes to say that the playtest was one of the most integrating and captivating games I have ever done - akin to a DND game.
Once this game is published, I would love to buy the full copy!
I just tweeted this out to my small online following, hoping they enjoy this content! Can’t wait for the full package!
Thank you very much! I’m absolutely happy that people enjoy my game
Somewhere around the 15th I’ll be releasing a demo for my new game which will be based off of D&D with my own twist. Hopefully people will like it.
Will it have guns and heists?
Well… think of it as Medieval Mad Max with flintlocks gunpowder, epic magic and monsters that’d give the monsters under your bed nightmares
Nah, the prospect of people like Michael existing does that already.
I’d totally support on patreon if I could, but I’m literally going to need all the money I can get for university and travel expenses. I’ll see though.
It’s all good. A public demo will come here in the forums on the 15th later on. Patrons will recieve extended testing before it’s released to the public, same as the old private testing thread.
Man I really wish I could pledge right now but I have a holiday to save for…
Don’t get me wrong, I support this 100% and intend to purchase it when it comes out!
Well boys, we’ve just hit the copy edit stage. It’s been too long. That sniper duel with Bishop was magnificent for my character
What role do you guys prefer to be in the game?
Personally, even though I’ve written all of them and I do love each and every role, my go to for testing is the Smiley undercover police.
Me too
I usually play as a smiley as well, but I focus more on shooting and tactics than charisma for some reason
I, too, prefer playing as smiley. Who uses a sniper rifle for some reason…
But I play in demi-god mode, so my characters can pretty much do whatever they want?
I can totally picture Rook narrating a tale saying “Gather round everybody, let me tell you the tale of… Sniper Smiley” like some old western movie.
I play as smiley too, and as a driver. In a vigilante path, but I enjoyed the difficulty in the undercover path too. I focus my MC on Agility, persuade, driving and strength since I discovered that Rogers can die, I always choose the same options in that precise moment And still “traumatized” after finding that Greg could die too
And I really don’t know why but, the last times I played the game I found Michael more likeable, not in a RO way.
I play as chains like how I can affect how the hiest gouse and I got a chainsaw for that
Just give me a big gun. I play as that.
My old dungeon master was always impressed with how little we said and how many people died along the way. If I hadn’t critically failed on his ax swing and then again on the recovery, my last character might still be alive.
